I dont think hitting is a problem with this team as much as poor execution. Plus these stats do not mean a thing right now. Winning is the most important thing.

Estep from Unaka had over 80 tackles after 5 games. Im not sure how many he had friday against Sullivan East.

Yes that is most of the problem. Its kind of hard when all 3 starting RB's and DB's go down with bizarre injuries. They should be healthy in a week or so.

Midway 25 Unaka 0. Midway is a very good team with a sound offense and a tough defense. Unaka moved the ball very well at times and others not so good. The defense is sputtering and still trying to find the right people in the right places and was exposed in both scrimmages thus far. Look for them to get it straightened out and be in the running.

It was a good experience for both teams im sure.

Its getting so close. I cant wait to hear the pads popping. Its going to be a fun year of football in northeast tennessee.
