C'mon folks.......where's the love (for the sport of swimming) ??? I can't believe that there hasn't been any more support for a swimming forum than this !!! There are forums for basketball, football, baseball, softball, volleyball, and soccer. There are even forums for wrestling, tennis, golf, cross country, track & field, cheerleading, lacrosse, and even bowling. Why not swimming ??? The athletes that are involved in the swimming programs work and train as hard, and harder, than the athletes in these other sports. Don't they deserve a forum for their sport as well ??? Speak up folks.......let your voice be heard !!! thumb

Band "is" very much a part of the high school (and college) sports scene. But I, personally, don't believe that band could be/should be considered a sport. I understand that those that have family members or friends that are in school bands might feel that band should be considered a sport but I've spoken to several folks that are or were members of school bands and have yet to have anyone tell me that they believe band should be considered a sport alongside football, basketball, baseball, etc. That said...what about swimming ??? I posted a question on the CoachT comments and questions board concerning starting a forum on swimming. If anyone reading this feels that swimming is a sport that warrants consideration for a forum, please, look it up and post your comments in there so that maybe CoachT will see fit to starting a swimming forum. thumb
