Dont be to bold Camden Guys....you too will run into the ABC region.....let the Bulldogs have a good year and let them be proud of their accomplishments....you can bet Swenson is taking one game at a time....We will all fall victim to the private schools....except Alcoa....Let the boys of HC have their fun they deserve it....and so do the "big talking" fans they have paid their due!!!! As for LC that game is too far away to call!!!!

LUDAWG...I agree if you are going to get a seat at Kelly's you better head that way now....cause we all know Barnhill's BBQ will be packed as well. I think this is great of Hickman County, it is what that county has needed for a long time, a High School rivilary that will make both teams more Competitive . Good Luck to the Eagles, I know you all are looking forward to the game tonight!!!! Good luck to the Bulldogs, it seems to me that HCHS has a real opportunity to be great this year. Give it up to Papatiger already setting the stage for a huge loss at the hands of the DAWGS....Man you are always full of excuses, I have never in my life seen a man who had so many excuses....you are already rolling over and not even going to put up a fight.....and you always play the we are hurt card....good night I guess your next thing is "if Waverly was at full strength, they would be tough" give me a break....just take your lumps and move on with it.....be a man not a whining excuse making Papa!!!!!

Can someone do me a favor and tell me the reason Coach Bradley was "let go"!!!! I have been a part of two scrimmages when Coach Bradley was coaching, and I did not see any difference in the PC Vikings compared to now. Last spring, they were so clustered I was embarrassed for them. Needless to say, I am sure he was a great guy that loved the kids, but if he was so loved, why was he "let go"???? Oh yeah, what about the other Coaches on the staff, where did they go. PC is still a "new" program, and now you have a good coach there that is going to work really hard and do the right things, just give it some time.....Why was Bradley "let go" someone please help me with that!!!!

There was no doubt that Hightower is a great athlete, Coach Thomas needs to get him the football alot more than he did, if it were me he would rest on Defense. I was not to impressed with him there, he did not attack blockers and there were a couple of time he was getting pushed around by kids with less than half the talent. He was real good when the play went away and he could chase with his speed. I saw him carry the ball around 4 times and I believe all 4 were for first downs, he was drastically underused on the offensive side. The Secondary for the Dawgs is by far the most talented spot on the field, those kids have a nack for the football and they have an attitude that is needed. Offense is going to have to get better in the o-line, they were good outside on the edges (which is Swenson's honey hole)but he knows for them to be successful they need to run the traps and counters inside as well. The Dawgs are going to be good, and I am pulling for them.....keep up the good work in Centerville, you all deserve this season....make it worth while

Last I heard Coach Spears was not coaching the Defense anymore as coordinator....he is doing both offensive and defensive lines....Think one of the new Coaches might be doing overall defense....one thing you can bet is Coach Spears will have those linemen ready....can anyone say pre-game "Bull in the Ring"

what was the final tally of EHHS and EHS scrimmage last Friday....noticed Eastcoach was extremely complimentary of Eagleville, so it must not have been good?

4way is right those Mustangs are missing Mr. Swenson.....just hoping some day that he will be back in the fold in Stang-land....looks like you all may need to vacate that Head Coaching Position a little faster.....Swenson is definitely a lost son to the town of Huntingdon and he does a good job in the HC as well....Go Dawgs

....I would say it would be best for you to leave the Coaching and decision making to those who are hired to do so....Coach Harrison will do a great job he has a work ethic like no other coach I have ever seen, he is young and has a drive that I would say is way above and beyond the comprehension of Perry County Football Fans.....I will bet you the ranch that you all will see improvement throughout the year....I would also say the reason the Kid was moved from Corner to Safety was because of the Defense he is running and the Safety is considered one of the best and most important people in his scheme....you all need to wake up and realize you have a good young coach that has the desire to win and take the program past where it has been.....the assistant is Chris Wright!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well that is much appreciated.....I really enjoyed coaching and I am going to miss it, but the positives really out weigh the negatives in my new job....head that HCHS did do pretty well againg Spring Hill....they are struggling a little in the offensive line,(but what can you say they are missing a great Coach) just kidding totally kidding.....we knew in the spring that would be our weak point....HC is loaded with talent in the back field and I have been around HS football long enough to know if you have any talent in backfield you can win some games...but you have to play defense....I for see the Bulldogs using what was good for them last year and then using the speed they have when they need it. The o-line is really young and will need some help with schemes to make them more productive.....Expect big things to come out of Centerville this year....it makes me sick in my Gut to know I will miss it....but I hope they do really well

He was most recently at Hillwood I believe....he coached at Nashville Christian for a while too....he interviewed for the Hickman County Job 3 years ago...or at least he was called in...i saw him there.....oh yeah I think may have helped out at Independence most most recently.....been around the Block...good guy though
