Surely LA can play closer than that to the Cavs. It all depends on how quick the football players make the transition from the turf to the hardwood. Of course Basketball is your specialty or is it GOLF.

Congratulations to Smith Co. on their big win rep. Region 4 this week and show them this was the toughest region in the state. Would like to commend the Wildcats on a great season. You made it great for fans everywhere to watch a real exciting style of play. Good Luck to all the Seniors hope that you continue your game on the next level if you decide to. To the rest of the Wildcats keep your head up and start today on getting back to this stage for next year.

Looking over all the threads this one is by far the most popular. It's a shame that this Region will be over after tonight. Maybe we can keep most of the teams on our schedule next year. Not that we need anymore tougher games but because the fans in this Region have established a good relationship with each other. Hats off to all Region 3a fans. Good Luck to all teams next year.

I have pretty much kept up with Riverdale football for 20 plus yrs. Have played with and against men that have coached there. Steve Britton is a good friend of mine. Tell why are they so successful yr in yr out'? I know they have great talent and know that they have good coaches but so do other teams. Why are they so much farther ahead of their competition?

Like it or not the Band is a part of the game too. Without band there would be no spirit. I love to hear a real good band play at the half.

Thats real good but why would you want to put more pressure on the players. Those wins are nowhere close to the importance of this game. Since you played football so long you should have known that.

Smith Co. better have their A game fri. nite because the Big Blue Train is coming down the tracks like a loco-motive. But I've heard about alot of derailments in my time hopefully not fri nite. I think both teams should be complimented on their good fortune thus far and either team will represent Region 4 proudly. Good Luck to both teams.

Well I don't have a horse in this race but you show me a good loser and I'll show you a loser. I know Portland has had some great teams in the past and this years team played with alot of heart, but maybe coach couldn't handle getting beat the way he did in the 6 to 0 game he expected to win and when they lost he completed lost it. That still don;t change the fact that the actions of his team, coaches and him are unexcusable. Maybe it's time to move on.

I agree Celina could challenge this year but the road is long. But with the young talent coming up and a new coach which if she coaches as good as she played then Celina's future is looking bright for yrs. to come.

I'm a huge sports fan and this will be my first post on coachT. When I registered to get on here ,I had to type in these letters and numbers in a password that were I guess to test and see If I was capable mentally or something but anyway the letters were B 6 s c p. Could it mean another 6 to 0 game. What kind of omen is it. I thought Halloween was over. Just thought some OWL fan or Ptown fan might have some fun with it.
