Its still up in the air if Brandon can play next week. Alcoa will most definatly appeal. The game will be reviewed to see if it was unfair. The refs stunk and made calls that didnt happen. It looked more like cheating than making calls. Shiverdecker ended up with 3 long touchdown runs called back. Another thing is that the guy that started something with Brandon didn't even get ejected. What happend was that the guy messing with Brandon was holding him like 15 seconds (while there was and injured Alcoa player) after the whistle so Brandon pushed him off and the refs threw him out. I think it is very likey Brandon will play next week after TSSAA reviews the game.

I can see where your coming from but I don't believe that it will happen. Its early in the the season and knowing Coach Reid he will not let his team self-destruct.

Alcoa. Im getting tired of these threads and im an Alcoa fan.

Blont County Jamboree Punt- Not sure who won, they beat Alcoa's Joei Fieghler by a couple yards. Kick- Brandon Warren(Alcoa) booted it about 67 yards Pass- Dustin Lindsey(Alcoa) threw it 68 yards Lineman Race- Ray Skyes(Alcoa) Back Race-Brad Walker(WB) Alcoas Kyrus Lanxter won but they called it back becuz he jumped the line.

For 1, Kyrus is not a RB, hes a reciever/free safty. And 2, Best player?!?!? What about Duck, Brandon, Joei, and Chris. I mean come on. Best Player? I dont think so. But a very tallented one at that who also has a chance to be a big D1 prospect. I was personally surprised that Chris Shiverdecker didn't run. But Kyrus does have a very long stretch. And thirdly, Coach Reid cussing at another team. I hightly doubt it. If u herd him cussin it was probly him cussin at his team to get back. Oh yeah, i would like to see Brad Walker run against Duck, Brandon, or Chris. It would be a fun one to watch.

Dont forget Florida State comit Brandon Warren, also the states #1 prospect. And don't forget other impact players - Joei Fieghtler, Kyrus Lanxter, Brian Sommers, Martin White, Logan Love, and Ray Sykes.

Yeah, our whole 15 person band played it last year. But i cant wait to here it this year with at least 35 people.

Nothing sets the pace like Party up(up in here) by DMX. I saw Kevin Burnetts highlight film with it playing and it made me wanna go hit somebody. Lets go by Trick Daddy is also good. And you have to have some good ol' AC/DC.

Powell was loaded last year and did basicly nothing.

Maryville vs. Alcoa 10,000 ++++ people will be there. Every seat will be full.

Its not just playing time that matters. He also commited to TN because of the coaches. If he learns from some of the best he will have a better chance of being a great back and going to the NFL. Even if hes not the best at TN he still will be pretty dog gone good.

Sam Thompson a freshman at Alcoa hit a 50 yarder at practice the other day. He doesn't even kick. He just went and kicked it. He has very strong leg muscles mostly because of soccer.
