Depending on the day's schedule (different each day of the week), we will go for 2-3 hours. First (after a good warm up), we start out with individual notes for 15-30 where we focus on our own stuff. Then we mix it up between intense drilling and new technique for an hour to an hour-and-a-half. After that, we'll wrestle two or three matches. Finally, depending on the day, we'll either do rope-climbing and box-jumps along w/ sprints (Mon, Wed, Fri) or "senior conditioning" and motion-positioning drills (Tue, Thur). Room stays open for extra work after practice (air dyne, extra matches, etc...), and is always open in the mornings for the guys who want to come in.
