  1. Mt. Pleasant has some other really good backs. But why run a ton with them when you got a guy that averages 14 yards a carry? No one else in the state has that, and if you had Marco, why give it to a guy that is only going to get 5 or 6? I'm not putting down the other guys, I'm just saying that Marco's "greatness" just makes everyone else look, well, not great. The Ezell game was our second game of the year, nearly the whole line were new starters, and one of our backs had never played before, and the others didn't start last year. They have gotten a ton better as the year has progressed. You might not of heard of them, but you will...only graduating one of the fullbacks.
  2. I hear a guy from Mt. Pleasant is pretty good. I think his name is Marco...
  3. Exaclty...he never comes out. It is alot easier to have 1900 yards in 9 games when you play the whole game. Marco daily has even more yards, and has played a whole game about 2 times this year if that. He has had at least 3 games he didn't play at all the 2nd half, and at least 2 he didnt run the ball the second half even though he was in. He plays defense, and returns punts. Like MPHSTIGERS87 said, he runs it about 15 times a game. I believes he has the stats to win.
  4. If you know what he's going to do, why didn't you stop him? Dailey left for the score, right for the score, then up the middle for the score. Three plays, three touchdowns. I guess they are 3 dimensional.
  5. It was in the daily herald, and it might of been -2, but the point was made.
  6. And if you add those up and subtract Marco's yards you get 187. Minus 3 for a number you didn't report (one player had -3 yards) and you get 184.
  7. sorry, i edited it so you can understand what i meant.
  8. What about the first drive of the 3rd quarter, when Marco did not run the ball once, and MP still scored. "Other that him no one else did much at all"? MP rushing minus marco's rushing=184 CA's rushing=119 CA's leading rusher=62yrds. MP's second leading rusher/third leading rusher=60/56 Are you sure no one else did anything?
  9. Ask our senior lineman that is hurt if he is happy that he played? I got mauled? You are a retard. You think that you are the only person who has a right to have an opinion. Well, you're not and my opinion is that you're an idiot with a computer that needs to learn how to take things into context. How would you know how I used my word? Oh wait, I forget that you're all-knowing. When I said NFL teams were good, I was simply meaning that he was a good player on a good team with small size. Which obviously shows, if I can get it into your thick, know-it-all head, that small people can still be good. You said that him being undersized was a HUGE weakness. Well obviously some can over come that. You need to get off your high-horse and come back down to earth, because obviously in your head, you are the greatest. Understand that I can have my opinions and back them up, just as you do, but don't get mad and frustrated just because you can't understand something. Do you need some aloe-vera for that burn?
  10. You my friend, are an idiot. If you would have obtained a diploma, you would be able to realize that, I never once compared Marco to the skill level of Dunn. You said he was small, and I simply proved the point that size isn't everything. If you somehow read that I was saying Marco was anywhere as near as good as him, then you need to go back to school (probably Temple) and learn to read. Never once did I say anything about skill. I believe that Dailey is roughly the same size and weight of Warrick Dunn(http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/1171), the running-back for the Atlanta Falcons. By the way, that's a NFL team. I hear NFL teams are pretty good. Did you read that? Where did I mention anything about talent. I didn't and if I did, someone please tell me where, because when I read it, it talks about size. But then again, I am nowhere near the intelligence of IOWNYOU49. I'm bias? How is this? Because I think someone should get an award I'm bias? If I'm bias, then so are you. All you have talked about is your pick, so I will discuss mine. You got owned. We'll go into the playoffs healthy because of that attitude. Idiot.
  11. Good point. It's not like 100 yards a half is good or anything.
  12. I believe that Dailey is roughly the same size and weight of Warrick Dunn(http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/1171), the running-back for the Atlanta Falcons. By the way, that's a NFL team. I hear NFL teams are pretty good.
  13. Ok, I agree that Marco is an amazing player, and I also believe he should win. But he does not run a 2.38, and even he will tell you that. I believe it's around a 4.4, which is still very fast, but he does not run a 4.28. So what are these stats for skogen? And...please please please tell me how many games Skogen hasn't played the 3rd quarter or more. I've asked 3 times, and it seems like no one wants to answer. Maybe you realize that Marco could have plenty state records if he played the whole game.
  14. Yall put up 40 on them, but 28 on MP. Who has the better defense between them?
  15. Ok. How long has he played in all his games? Marco has only played a full game once. Collinwood. Now look at his stats. If we left him in in the second half, I can assure you that he would have 45 touchdowns, 3000 yards rushing no problem. And the beginning of the season was horrible for us, but we have improved a ton. I guarentee you if you saw him you would be singing a different tune.
  16. Yeah, he was good, but that year we had a really good running back in Theo Fennesee.
  17. Collinwood minus Dixon equals same as MP minus Dailey for that matter. But Marco is a junior. And how did we get that Region Championship when Marco was on JV?
  18. And with one more year to do it in, he'll probably get it.
  19. You're play-off caliber teams beat our weakest teams. You should beat them. Most of the teams in Region 6 has beat them. MP beat PC 34-9, so it seems to me like they are better than McEwen. Mp beat Moore County 47-15. Collinwood beat CA 40-14, which isn't as good as 50-0, but CA has improved very much since then. My only point is our good teams beat the weak teams also. And by scores, it would look as if the Region 6 top teams are just as good. But like you said, scores don't matter, but you have to look at both sides.
  20. I'm just glad MP is only losing 6 players, two of which are injured.
  21. I'm telling you, they did not lose, they just ran out of time. Seriously, like IF we scored more we would have won. IF we had more time we would have won. We just ran out of time......who do i sound like?
