B10 and Mental, who are ya'll...i'm from bolivar too

my dad is not one to usually get ticked off at the officials, but lately he has been. he calls me to keep me updated on what's going on in bolivar and he said the officiating lately has been terrible around the west...

BOLIVAR. it doesn't matter where the tigers play, there is always a HUGE following. Even when we played jackson northside at their place, 3/4 of the crowd was bolivar fans

i hope no bad fortune comes to bolivar or giles county before the boro...i can't imagine a better matchup than a rematch from last year!

usually people are BIASED to the area they are from. gomab isn't even from west tennessee, he just knows that there is a lot of talent here

can anyone give any stats? i've heard kemp and lake were unreal last night. Since i live in murfreesboro now, i don't get to see them play very often and it would be great if anyone could update me after the games

trick, IF bolivar and Lexington both make it to the boro, they will have had to have played each other. they can't both make it to substate without playing each other in the region championship game. that is IF Lexington makes it to the championship game...i'm not discrediting them, i just know it's going to be tough to get by district 12AA (bolivar, chester, southside, Humboldt, liberty, and mcnairy-who has, by the way, improved tremendously.)

I agree totally about Jujaun. Brian and Willie are both awesome and deserve all the recognition they get and then some. But Jujuan, Kyle Becton, and O. Kemp are all underrated. The five of them together are hard for anyone to stop. Olajuwon struggled a little, but has been a huge factor in the past few weeks. Not only are they great basketball players, but they are also awesome guys. Coach Rudesill runs a great program with tons of class. I hope I'll get to see them play for the Gold Ball in the boro! GO TIGERS!

Brian Lake! I can't say enough good things about him...Not only is he an awesome player with unreal talent and this year he has really been putting up the numbers, but he is also a great student and a WONDERFUL person! He has my vote any day! GO TIGERS!

The stakes are higher now...#1 and #3 in the AP poll!!! Should be an awesome game...probably extremely close, but of course i'm going with BOLIVAR!! GO TIGERS!!

AA and AAA look good...except that Jackson Northside might need to be a little higher....they're extremely talented.

Bolivar beat a very good Haywood team tonight 54-49. It was a very sloppy game though (on both sides). To say that Bolivar plays well together as a team is an understatement. My friends and I talked about it at the game tonight and we have come to the conclusion that they are playing with ONE BRAIN!!! It's amazing how well they play together and how well they know each others' thoughts and what's coming up next! I know Willie and Brian are incredible...I think most people who have seen them play will tell you that...but the rest of our team is EXTREMELY talented as well. Our other three starters (jojuan, kyle, and olojowaun) all play MAJOR roles in getting the job done and are very underrated. And in my opinion, and many others, we have one of the strongest and deepest benches in AA, if not in the state. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but I really think there's a chance of seeing the BOLIVAR TIGERS in the boro!!! Go Tigers! by the way, our girls aren't doing too shabby this year either!

i'm gonna go with krogers....i've seen willie and tyler and i know they're awesome...and i've heard nothing but awesome things about the other 3

no one ever mentions bolivar's girls on here because in the last few years they haven't been what you might call a threat. but this year things have changed...Coach Rudesill (the boys' coach) took the Lady Tiger team over last year and things immediately brightened...they had the best season they'd had in a while. This year, things are incredible! The girls are off to an undefeated season beating fayette-ware, jackson southside, and jackson central merry, to name a few. Watch out for them because it looks like they might be a force to be reckoned with. GO LADY TIGERS AND TIGERS! by the way, the strength and success polls on the home page have central merry girls as undefeated, but they're not...just wondering about that one

Brobeck, I'm not sure where you're from, but let me just tell you that I respect your opinions on here as much as anyone's...every post i have read from you thus far has been excellent. Thanks for all your informative posts!

Kyle Becton and JuJuan Walker at Bolivar are both EXTREMELY underrated...I think they might be slightly overshadowed by Brian Lake and Willie Kemp, but they are pure talent with hearts for the game and can play with the best.

While this is being tossed about...what about the White Station vs. Bolivar game the same week?
