It will take a great effort and and i do believe that the warriors have been some what looking ahead... Im not ignorant and I want say that im certain for a victory Friday night but I will say no one better look ahead of these boys there tough and they have heart... Marion has seen the spread for the first two games and contained very well granit you have to put the speed into the picture with sp. Our o line is a tad bit undersized but the veer offense is designed for such. Im looking for a good game this Friday night and you couldnt ask for a better atmosphere. If the Marion County boys keep this one close and not commit stupid mistakes then paint one side of a quarter purple the other orange and give her a good flip...

Its always easier being the under dog in my opinion.. Expectations are high for south pitt.. And say what you want but I dont see MC just layin it down this year... And their not scared of sp but of Boek!!! Big foot takes pictures of him!!!! But in all honesty best of luck to Marion I hope yall find the spark on offense thats missing and D just keep getting stronger... And may we have an injury free night for both teams

No actually i've been workin out a lot so i've been to sore to play lol. Ya ive been out there some they have looked a lot better this week with penaltys and stupid mistakes. Yes ur rights its been great this week.lol So Mr. Hughs was back at work with the rest of the hogs this week? Im just ready to see some football tomorrow night.. Well this is just a guess. There is a creek that runs through this area and the name of this creek is Hurricane. There is a neighborhood named Hurricane Creek too that could have been named by the adjacent creek also. Other than that I don't know. East Brainerd Youth Colors are green and Gold so I also believe they wanted to incorporate that into the equation as well. Now that makes more since... Obviously there is no danger of a hurrican hitting chatt town....

It looks like once again that a MARION COUNTY thread has been invaded by sp people with nothing better to talk about on their on thread govols... I recall watching a college team last year that counted their chickens a little early and was looking way ahead of the team they were facing... Anyways a long storey short the final was 31-30 and the score was not in their favor.. They went on to win their championship but not with out a blemish... Anything can happen in a football game especially when the "favored team" thinks all they have to do is put on their uniforms and they'll get that trophy... Very true. They made mistakes that can be fixed which they should do by friday. Which isn't good for the wanna be warriors.lol Wanna be warriors thats pretty festive govols i like it! The Warriors dressed in purple should have there way with Bledsoe.. I dont see Bledsoe scoring too much on our D.. Im looking for Mr. Hill to have a wonderfull night at qb, hopefeully the O will build a little more confidence in this weeks practice on basic stuff. I dont see one major problem with our offense its just simple stuff that can be handled quickly i hope... In the jungle of life its not the tigers you have to worry about its the gnats....

No, we turned the ball over on downs twice and punted once... What everyone failed to mention is that we also had 4 turnovers inside the CC 30... 2 INT's and 2 Fumbles by our freshman QB... Our freshman qb got up from a hit that 9 out of 10 qb's would have went home an cried to mommy about... That kid is a tough ball player an i expect him to be a wonderfull contribution in a couple of seasons...

To say this team is equally as talented as any Marion Team ever has got to be the most ridiculous statement you've made yet....especially making this statement before they ever step on the football field...Now I give you this, your optimism is high and the team is winning something like 32-0 right now, but be realistic....they are no where ready to be compared to the great teams of the 90s... Right on PirateTom ............CC is terrible, the final score was 38-3, with the jv playing the final quarter and a half, and we had 3tds called back. They did have a really good QB, but I bet he will be sore in the morning . This Marion team was very very sloppy tonight, especially to start with. Hopefully it was first game jitters, because the way we started, SP would be up 21-0 before we knew what hit us. We have a long way to go, so get busy this next week boys. I agree i do believe it been the first game and a long road trip maybe be to thank for the first half slop.. The Marion offense to my astonishment put up a little over 400 yards total.. While our D held a SPREAD TEAM with a great qb to around 127 yards total. All in all it was a good tune up game and not poking fun to CC, I do believe your coach is on the right track good luck in your up coming games..

Its seems as though i didnt give the MC defense enough credit! They had there momments tonight but in week zero thats ok as long as its someone like CC. CC had one heck of a qb, that kid had any wheapons other than himself the game may have been a tad bit closer. Marion had atleast two touchdowns that i saw called back. Were the refs a little flag happy in this first week I do believe so. The CC faithful seemed to be very respectful other than the flag kid I didnt see to many MC boys get smacked in the mouth tonight though jetfan six... Enjoy your crow tubular sandwhich in the mornin

Id like to make my prediction today since ill be leaving after work tomorrow to head on up... Marion comes out a little soft in the first half a fumble and some penalties will make it 14-7.. but blows it away in the second half... 36-14
