Again, "wait a minute": I wasn't questioning whether or not the stadium will or will not be renovated, I was just making a point that the state DID pay for athletic facilities at YAI. Yes the state funded facility improvements just as most county or city systems fund facility improvements. Not many progams fund their own stadium renovations. Hound it may be a stretch to predict LA winning by 30 next year.

Should be a great game. Stay on I-40 to exit 258 I believe, Gordonsvill, Cathage exit. Turn to the right of the exit ramp. At the first red light turn left this road will take you into Carthage. At the Sonic drive in turn right, sorry cannot remember the street name. Once on this street you cannot miss the stadium it goes right by the Hole. Others mat be able to get you there easier I cannot remember the street names.

What is up with people in the higher elevations around here? Have they all lost there minds? Just when you think you have gotten your anoying team(York) out of the way for the year you run into the Stone fans. There is no way that a team with a 3-7 record should ever make the playoffs! If they won the State Title they would have only a 8-7 record its patethic that teams like this beat out teams that had winning records (Clay Co. and yes i know that Clay is not a 4A team). But we will take what we got. It sure beats who LA or Stone will have to face next week. Go Wildcats! I agree a 3-7 team should not be in the playoffs. That is the way it is, just as it was in 2005 when LA was 5-5 and made it into the playoffs. Probably many did not think they should have been in that year.

Go back to 3 classes and remove the privates, place the privates in DII. Take the top 2 teams from each district and allow the teams with 5-5 or above records go to bowl games. It was much better when this was the system. Regular system meant something then. Please get away from the basketball like format. Everyone should not make the playoffs.

One major problem is with 16 districts if you take the top 4, you end up with 64 teams in the 1st round of the playoffs: you just made it 6 rounds to the state championship. Simple solution here. Place all privates in DII and have three classifications and take the top two out of each district.
