Anybody know how Upperman vs. Livingston came out tonight?

Smith County swept Dekalb. Tuesday 8-7, and Wednsday 6-5. Two very very good games. Wednsday's game was a walk-off double that scored 2 runs by Brandon Johnston. This is what I know... Livingston Acadamy, Upperman, and Smith are all 3-1 in the district with Smith and Livingston splitting, and Upperman and Dekalb splitting. I know Dekalb is 1-3 in the district. I think York and Cannon are also 1-3 but I do not know that for sure. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Smith lost to Livingston 10-9 Dekalb and Upperman got canceled and i think Cannon and York did too but im not completely sure about that

Is that why they got skunked by Smith 9-0?

Our leading tackler, Pinson, is back. Bray our second leading tackler was a senior. Tongate was also.

Yes, Milan was challenged in the first half but proved to be too much to handle in the second. And follower14 you're right, that York QB did play well tonight. Sounded like a good game at half. Did York start playing bad, or did Milan just take over?

Is 43-15 the final?

As some of you might know, (Termite, imallin, and maybe some more I dunno), I was a senior for SC this year. I just want to thank everybody for a great season this year. I know everybody was expecting better, I was too. I'm sorry for that. But it was a good season. I know that last game was one heck of a game played by both sides. I think we won the first 3 quarters and 10 min. or so. And they won the last 2 min. But that was when it counted, they made the plays to win the game. To all the rest of the seniors, it's been fun playing with you the past four years. Some of you since middle school, and some of you for the past nine years. I love this game, and I will miss playing it, and I know all of you will too. To the rest of my teammates, 5 in a row is hard to swallow, not many people at all have done that to us. Do something that no one the past 3 years could do, and beat them next year. Leave it all on the field, because it is gone like that. To all the fans, there is nothing better than running through that sign, and seeing a packed house in The Hole, and every seat being empty because everyone is on there feet cheering. I'll be joining you next year. Kinda interested to see what it is like on the other side. Thank you to evreyone that comes out on Friday nights and cheers there butts off whether we play good or bad, win or lose. We have the best fans ever. I truly believe that. I love everyone of you. But once again, thank you to everybody for a great season. I'll be seeing most of you around. Next fall will be here before you know it, and I dunno about you, but I can't wait for some revenge on them lizards. Go SC!!!

This will be one heck of a game. This week will be even longer than last week. SC is playing inspired football right now. Everybody is stepping up, I'm talking about the crowd, seniors, and everybody else who is involved with this team. Keep on rolling SC!!!

Tough loss Cannon, yall had a great season though, you have nothing to hang your heads about. You guys turned some heads this year, including ours. I was hopin for a rematch, but what happens happens. Great season though.

This was just a great game overall, bottom line, SC had the heart that they have not had past couple weeks. But this is the new season, just as Maynord said after the game, we are 1-0 now, and have to keep the heart next week. I don't think I have ever seen a classier team than Pearl Cohn. The band was everything it was talked up to be and more. The crowd was in the game all 48 min. Great game SC, keep it rollin next week. By the way, anybody know anything about Harpeth? GO OWLS!!!

I am very surprised at the way SC has played the past 2 games. I think that we will find out the true SC team this week. Once again, if they play like they have been, well then it's off to play basketball. However, I don't think that will be the case. They will have something to play for this week, and I think they will pull it out. Keep your heads up and play till the end..... GO SC!

Congratulations Cannon County, from Smith County, for winning the region. The way you played against us you derserved the championship. Another congrats from SC. You definately deserve it, I just hope we meet up again in a couple weeks. Good luck to yall in the playoffs.

Any word on where this game is going to be played at yet?

SC will have to step up and play this week after the beating cannon gave them. I think Maynord will have them ready to go this week. If York wins, it will have to be because they are truly a better team than SC, and IMO they are not, but of course neither was Cannon and Westmoreland. But that is just my opinion.

You are right, I apologize for posting that. I guess I just took stuff from the past that I saw from CC fans. But once again that was my bad and I apologize. You deserved the win tonight Cannon. As for SC, got to get work done at Jamestown. And thanks for the distict info. secretagentman.

Not much you can say except what everybody else is saying. SC got WHIPPED up and down the field. Cannon, great game overall, not very classy, but i don't guess you have to have class to win. If that is how you want to be seen then so be it. But the good news is it is over, there is nothin you can do now except take this week off and build from it and go down to Jamestown and take care of business. And can somebody who knows for sure please explain the district situation now. I know it is a 3-way tie as of now, but what are the chances of SC still taking district???

You are correct, there will be no senior night. I don't know when it will be. All I was told was that it was postponed. Hey 11 how do you think this game will turn out?? Not real sure honestly, I say SC will win, but I don't think it will be the usual SC-CC whoopin. I say SC wins on the turf 28-13
