  1. Can't waut to see if the freshman can rally the troops again like he did last week and I am also wondering what kind of fight the guy's have got left in them to come out fires up the last regular game of the year I'm going to say the wonderfull group of coached at the gap has the team fired up and ready to roll go panther's Cg-42 Grainger 26
  2. Greeneville will shut down the run and the bulldog's will fold greeneville by 24 good luck devil's cumberland gap is pulling for you guy's
  3. Alright guy's here goes ...... After watching clabiorne play sat night I was not impressed at all if w.g had a passing offense I do beleave they would of beat claiborne and guess what the gap can throw it so I'm going to go ahead and pick the gap and not just cause I'm a fan Ijust don't think claiborne can stop them and it is at home so go get em gap and thank's for the support from the devil's
  4. Of we can pull this one off and that is a big if it will without a doubt be the biggest win of the year and bring some hope for the rest of the season but I'm going to go with my head instead of my heart and say green devil's 34 panther's 12 either way panther's just play your gut's out and leave it on the field and if you get beat it wasn't because you did not give it every thing you had
  5. All you guy's are right the hole new system is soooo messed up would it be possible for a team to go undefeated and not make the playoff's because of a region 3 team and I heard that we are stuck like this for the next 3 year's after this one I hope that will give them enough time to figure something a little more sensible out
  6. Hey torch try haymaker farms bbq joint out for some good bbq and there catfish dinner's are pretty good to it is right behind hardes or go down in historical cumberland gap and eat at webb's country kitchen for a good home cooked meal they got a lil bit of every thing or if your in the mood for some pizza or wing's just stop by the oasis now as for the game ....... I personal have never seen greeneville play but I heard there are always good the gap is comming off of a win so hopefully they will be up and like the veerman was saying sort of been the story all year hope to see a good competitive game see you guy's at the panther den
  7. Blah blah blah.......... Greeneville will win the region and then go to the playoff's and play a school there size and get there eyeball's beat shut so whatever
  8. Alright....... It's time for the gap to start turning thing's around and I do beleave that it is homecoming at the gap this comming friday hope it is not a distraction for the struggling panther's I'm sure that were are going to be on top of our game for this gibb's team go panthers
  9. 35-14 cg that's my prediction and no veer man I have not learned my lesson I played against onedia in high school at powell valley so it's still a rivalry to me but this thread is getting ridicules I'm just calling it like I think it will be
  10. Union county beat grangier and the gap absolutely destroyed union county it was never even close so if you guy's from west greene are comparing your team to grainger then bring a book or something to the game for entertainment because this one will get ugly in a hurry
  11. The gap is back at home this week for the first time in three week's and after the egg they laid at onedia I know the panther coaches will have them ready to protect there house there coaches are a outstanding group of guy's and teach there kid's more than just football they teach them life lesson's and how to be respectable young men and I salute them for it so no doubt they are going to come out fired up and I look forward to seeing a good game be save and we will see you guy's friday at the panther pit
  12. don't mind at all Kazam, glad you joined the conversation. I'm going on the fact that the Gap has ran the ball effectivley whenever they wanted to the last two weeks. They average about 290-300 lbs across the offensive front and got 3 200+ lb backs. Plus, Shipley has thrown for over 200 yards in both their games. i respect Onieda, they always field a good team, but i dont see them shutting down an offense that is averaging 400-500 yards a game and can do it in the air or on the ground.....Onieda however could turn it into a shootout if they can keep pace.
  13. yea this may be greeneville's only test since they are a 4a school playing in a 2a district why dont they play alcoa or loudon .......... they are two a schools
  14. Had nothing to do with it being a "Directional Greene" team and more to do with the Gaps O-line and running backs.
  15. If Oneida doesn't wear their big girl panties on defense.....they'll get blown off the field. The Gap can and will run it down their throats, they ran for over 300 yds. against South Greene... most of it between the tackles. If Oneida can't throw the ball, it'll be a long night for them.
  16. The Gap has injured players returning that didn't play in the scrimmage (or in the 2 games of the season) ....and it was just that...a scrimmage.
