Termite, your grudge against TC is amusing. I didn't know SC had a "streak" against anyone. You can't be McDowell. You must be McDonald, Ronald McDonald. Only a clown would take what I posted as a grudge. If you would look at a map, you might be suprised to find Gordonsville is in Smith Co.. I know most of the people there and all the kids. I'm sorry if I hurt your feeling being for G-ville before I would pull for the mighty TC team. If it will help any, I think you and shes alady are still number one in my book as far as cheerleaders go. If you would put down your pom poms for a minute and read, you would also see that ole croz mention streaks first. I didn't mean to rattle your cage there Termite. No feelings hurt here. If you were a TC fan, it wouldn't be as much fun. I was only trying to give us something to talk about to get us thru the winter. I also pull for Gordonsville when they're not playing TC (only because they are in 1a). I caught a couple of their games on the radio this year. It's just my opinion, but I think their coverage is a little better than SC's. If you are the play by play guy or if you know who is, I'm only giving my opinion and not trying to be disrespectful. The mighty TC team has a good ring to it or should I say Gold Ring.

You brought up a good point there railbird. I wonder how many stories are being told about how different teams almost beat TC or how they remember this play or that play. All those stories have the same ending. A LOSS TO TC.

Roy Dillard is the # 1 candidate. His workout program is like no other. He will have them running 50 yard dashes with ankle weights on. He also has Murphy Fair's phone number on his speed dial and could possilble get the guru to be an assistant. If anyone knows of any openings, let them know about Roy.

Basketball?? Something to do between the end of Fb season and Spring practice. I meant to ask ole Snowball why his (people) sit with the visiting teams people?? You need to talk to TC's railbird...HE'S the one that says BB was soft...my point is..IF BB is THAT soft what does that say about TC....(read before you HIGHLITE) . I'm just agreeing with one of TC's very own. I noticed you said you were there for those so called beat downs...you didn't participate in any of them??? I do recall seeing the posts between Antwan and someone about MC, but it wasn't me. I don't feel like going back and checking either. Anyway, when did SC's stadium become known as the blackhole? I remember back in the 90's it seemed a little dark because of the lack of good lighting, but I don't remember it being called the blackhole. Please tell me there is a better reason than bad lighting. I still think the coaches used to bring in rocks to scatter on the field. Termite, are you in charge of the fireworks for SC's home games or do you help them scatter rocks across the field?

Termite, I left off something. I know it's not football, but I really enjoyed watching TC's basketball teams play SC last Tuesday Let me know, if you need me to update you on the results.

Termite, I like how on the SC threads the SC fans talk about SC being world beaters. Then they get a loss or 2 and you get the posts about their chances in the playoffs "1 and done". SC also has some real classy posters talking about how SC seniors don't show any leadership and other junk directed towards the SC players. You and Antwan can talk all you want about some of our fans heckling your players a few years back, but nothing's worse than your SC posters getting on the SC thread to heckle their own team. If you think the players don't read this stuff, you're only kidding yourself. I don't blame you for getting on a real teams thread and posting, but you don't have to get on here and try to take a cheap shot at TC. Well.....Mc...seems we have many points to ponder. 1. I agree with you reaction. Cage rattlers make CoachT more enjoyable. The SC versus PC thread was very comical and I just thought I would get termites take on it.

Railbird, The shirts are soft. But unlike Boyd, they do look good.

It's kind of like waiting for your dad to get home after you back talked your mom. I really shouldn't answer...but I will this time. I think Boyd will win because they are always very physical. TC cannot throw the ball to win. They lull you to sleep and hit you with a halfback pass...or some other similar play. Boyd will stop the run. They will be the most aggressive defense you have played...certainly this year...maybe the last few years. On offense...Boyd will be balanced. They can throw or run. They will run mulitple sets...are extremely disciplined...and well coached. They don't make a lot of mistakes. Boyd played a tougher schedule. They lost to a very good 12-1 class 4a quarterfinalist Red Bank on the road. They also beat SP (flu bug or not). Okay...Roddy...let's hear your intelligent post on the game...and please keep the post about the game. Boyd didn't come close to stopping TC's running game. 241 yards 4.1 yards a carry. Boyd averaged just under 25 yards a quarter in total offense. It is what it is. It doesn't matter if they won by 6 or 36. TC brings home another GOLD BALL.

The Thursday games were not carried on Channel 30, but all the Friday and Saturday games will be.
