I 2nd Elijah Groves if there is a better all around player in Single A I have seen any film of it. this guy does it all defense and offense and drops passes that his teammates aren’t ready for. 30 points a game don’t mean you are Mr. Basketball!! guarantee his stats across the board are way better than the rest . Reb, Assist, steals, Blocks amd you can add dunks in there. And most importantly he is not a showboat!!!

Agree I sure would have thought would have been bigger crowd. But oh well. After a 7-0 start by East in first minute a pretty even game. I think Richland took lead once in 3rd quarter but just too many turnovers that led to layups by East. East a really good team. #3 is a player in single A. #12 and #23 are just Sophomores. Only 1 senior on Richland! Looking forward to the tournaments. Wouldn’t mind seeing this matchup in the Boro again. GO RAIDERS!!!

Well you might have been correct after first half. But……… There are 2 halves and the raiders clamped down on D. And finally made a few shots. 18-2 in 3rd quarter. R- 61 SFe -47.

Well that should be a good one. Should see if the raiders are for real going up against reigning state champs. District is down this year you’d think Loveless would want to make up city as well. Perhaps city didn’t want too??

So does anyone know of Richland is gonna make up their game with City? I know it getting close to tourney time just curious. Would love to see it..

Saw huntland at Richland tourney today, they are solid team. cornersville played with Summertown for a half. They are not a pushover. Richland played well tonight. lost by 2 to Columbia central. Richland will be in the mix to be in region championship game. district 9 a lot tougher than district 10. richland travels to City after new year should be a fun one to watch! go raiders

Well looks like Eagleville is the team to beat in the region. Richland didn’t have enough tonight. good chance they meet in region semis or finals. Go Raiders!!

Richland takes care of City by 13 last night. top 3 in this region Richland City Santa Fe no one else matters.

So Richland beats Eagleville by 25 plus opening night. then today beat Harriman by 17 then after a girls game turn around and beat City by 3. So Richland will definitely have something to say about this region. I know City has football players out but the lead was 15 at 1 pt in the 4th before city came back. great start to the season for the raiders!!!

Richland will give them all they want. good thing is that they play in HOF game so should get to see what it looks like early on. I imagine City has a football player or two so teams will look different come tourney time.

Summertown didn’t win theirs but 2nd to Loretto. A solid team nonetheless

I agree about poll completely. Just wondering how you say tougher schedule what are you basing it on. At least coach t is computer based on year long results. I’d say Loretto, Jo Byrns Summertown and Cascade are all solid and won their districts. Ask Clay about Cascade. Ask WC about Summertown. PS Richland beat Harriman without 2nd leading scorer playing. Can’t wait for Wednesday! Finally scored a ticket this weekend. Richland sold out in minutes.
