Just watched this kids tapes he looks like a great player. After reading the other post he seems like he has everything else going to. I dont think him playing D1 is the question here. He will have plenty D1 offers. Where he will play is the question. I would to see him at UT playing guard beside Aaron Douglas at tackle. I think they would be a great pair. Big money have you been around D1 players before? I think they would be a good combo. It will be interesting were he decides to go.

utchuckd How Many coaches are remembered or considered great with 5 straight 4-6 records? NONE My biggest complaint with WC is that the coaches hang their hats on going 4-6 five years in a years in a row and making 4 straight play-offs and being a tune up for the # 1 ranked team. IMO the difference in a contender and a pretender is the extra work put in. I don't believe our coaches stayed late and watched any film or made preporations to win, however neither did most of the players. Everyone must be 100% commited from the Coaches to the janitor that cleans the lockeroom. Everyone must buy into the strategy set by the coaches likewise our coaches must sell it. I agree with WCsports we don't help our players. We dont help them fulfill their fullest potential. I am glad WC finally has a noteworthy recruit. I think him going to play willl help open doors for many other kids in Warren County. The past is history. A new erra of WC football is about to open. IMO WC football future is very bright. I am very excited about the upcoming season. GO PIONEERS!!

I believe it was around 1,220 lbs on bench press, squat and power clean. Also I just heard Tommy Johnson got the WC coaching job. Can anyone confirm this? I think you may be correct. I have heard through the grape vine we shall know very soon. I would like to see a little more aggresive D next year by the pioneers.

On a better note. Who do you guys think will be the best fit for HC at Warren County ? Or best style of football for the players? (spread, I , veer)? I honestly don’t know.

You are a jack ***. Yeah I said it. I actually just saw Cody a few minutes ago in wall mart. I talked to him about him being recruited and stuff. I asked him if he had heard about all the talk about him. He said “ yeah I hear about it but I don’t read that stuff, the game is played on a 120 yard by 53 and a 1/3 yard field between those white lines. Not in the newspapers or a chat room. Obviously if people take the time to post stuff about me I have stuck out in their minds. I kinda like to hear the negatives sometimes because they push me to work harder.” Spoken like a true CHAMPION.

I’m just gonna throw this out there. But I would to see Ray Robinson get the job and let him assemble the staff. It would change some players attitudes. I know he has the credentials also.

I believe he has played football since he was 7 years old. He did track last year and made it state. Cody used to wrestle he won a couple of middle school State Championship but TN has 285lb weight limit. I know he played a lot more sports when he was younger. Very athletic young man.

I know that Caleb Northcutt has been working out with Cody. Some are in other sports. I have a feeling most of the other guys are on the PS3 or x box 360 workout. They seem to both be pretty popular.

I believe he also attended Tennessee , Kentucky , and MTSU. I think a few more that I cant remember. I talked to him last week and he told me he was signed up for the Nike Combine in Atlanta.
