My goodness, you guys crack me up. We have more gold balls than you do. My dad is stronger than your dad. My mom is prettier than your mom. Who cares who has more trophies? Who cares what district has more trophies? Let me tell you about those trophies. They are nice to talk about for sure, but guess what, they are collecting dust. They have no bearing whatsoever on this year's state tourney. Jackson Co. is the only team in the tourney that can claim any relevance at all in this argument being as they are the defending champs and even that does not matter as much as they would like for it to. The bottom line is that district 7 has some great teams and so does district 14. Just leave it at that because right now it sounds like a bunch of kids arguing in a sand box.

Actually, that is not the rule. The ball can role across the entire top of the backboard. It is not a turnover. The backboard is inside the court. It is only a turnover if it comes into contact with something touching the backboard such as a cable or something like that. Most people don't realize that rule, but if you stand on the out of bounds line under the goal and look up should notice very easily that it is not out of bounds. It is still in play.

I almost certain the games will not be at LC. If 14A sweeps, the games will be at Trenton. Again, almost 100% sure on this.

You guys are talking about 2 different teams. Daroundball is talking about Bradford. Shane Paschall used to coach the lady devils, but now Coach Larry Eddings does. You guys are talking about UC and coach Shane Sisco. Even though it has been at least somewhat clear that you guys were talking about Sisco, I will have to defend Daroundball being as this is a girls basketball forum and not the boys. I believe this is the source of the confusion.

GP is a very good team. They have to be to get to this point, but it is unwise to make statements of opinion as if they are statements of fact. Camden made the same statements. No disrespect to them, but we are still here.

They beat us once in the playoffs out of 3 or 4 times. I would hardly say that means we have had trouble with them.

I will answer this. Fairview has a better offensive team. Camden is definitely a better defensive team. Overall, I give the edge to Camden I would not be me if I did not say that we sure hate to disappoint everyone and be here, but since we are, we will do our best to win it!!!

From what I understand, they run a wing T, and mostly run out of that formation.

This is still the farthest they have ever made it in this playoff format. If they have been to the quarters and no farther for the last 10 years, this would still be the farthest that they have ever made it. It will be that way until they get past the quarters.

You basically called me the obnoxious fan because I did not completely agree with you. I would love to break down the film with you too. I stated you guys have a good team, but we won every facet of the game. That is not arrogance as I am sure you want to call it. It is statistical fact. You guys played hard, but Milan was better. I can't stand fans that don't give credit where credit is due. Sounds familiar huh? You my friend appear to be very biased in your judgment. We win by 18 while taking a knee inside the 10 yard line to end the game. We double you in yards. We win turnovers. We had many more big plays. We even double you in penalties called against us, and yet we still won. How were we not the superior team? Pot meet kettle.

Hey, I said the same thing. I stated that we were not nervous except for early in the 3rd when they cut it to 4 and I still got killed. I have read that post multiple times and have determined that either he is thin skinned or was just way too upset after a loss.

Be careful now. He gets offended very easily if you imply that Milan was the better team.

Glad I don't have thin skin. Some people might get their feelings hurt when you say their team is "very beatable". Just like some people get their feelings hurt when it is said that the better team won. Just sayin'

That is a watered down play off system in your imagination. Since there are only 10 games in the regular season that means we would have gone 1-9 and still got in. Even crazier, we would have made it to the 2nd round. lol Seriously though, every team has obnoxious fans. Even Camden and Westview. Also, sometimes it is not the fans of say Milan that are obnoxious, but the fans of teams that lose can't take it. Just sayin'

Why would i hate Milan? We beat Milan. Seems that I should hate Camden....they beat us twice. Hm....no, i am not a hater. I just dont like Milan because you dont know how to be gracious winners. I would say that since it is the first time Westview has beaten Milan in years, we can still talk a bit. We still own the series. We got beat that day. Besides this is a Milan/Camden thread and not a Milan/Westview thread. The reason is because Westview is not in the playoffs and finished with a record of 8-4. People were calling for Fulmer's head with 8-4 records. lol

I was told the rule is this: higher seed hosts. If they are the same seed then it alternates east and west if they are the same seed. This is the year to go east if they are the same seed. Based on that you would travel if GP wins and host if they lose

The young man from Milan that you are talking about moved in with his father who lives in Milan. That is how he was able to play at Milan.
