I don't know if Father Ryan will even have to worry about Todd Campbell. He did not even have one reception in Franklin's win against Ravenwood. Its not that he isn't a good player, but the Rebels have had a lot of trouble in the passing game. In fact I don't even recall them throwing a single pass to Campbell in the last game.

Franklin won 16-6

I would say Campbell has made plays even with sub-par quarterbacks. He managed to gain 118 recieving yards and two touchdowns in their last game against Oakland even though the Rebels only passed the ball 11 times.

Does any one have the results of the Adidas passing tournament this last weekend at UT or know where to find them online?

Is Crutcher going to play football this year or just stick with basketball because I remember when Franklin played Hunters Lane in the first round of the playoffs two years ago he was one of the most athletic kids I had seen, and he was only a sophmore.

I do not know how the players were picked, but it seems strange to me that there were no players from some of the top teams in 5A, such as Riverdale, Franklin, Germantown, Oak Ridge, Dobyns Bennett, etc. There were also no players on the roster from Brentwood Academy or MBA, who are consistently two of the most talented teams in the state. Could anyone tell me how the team was chosen and why so many players from such strong teams were not included?

Franklin Highs two starting offensive tackles this year have good size. One is a senior who is about 6'5 260 and the other, a junior, is about 6'6 290.

The scrimmage has been rescheduled due to the weather until Tuesday. The time and place will remain the same.

I believe that the two teams to beat next year will be Franklin and Ravenwood. Next year's Franklin team has a good number of returing starters, great coaching, but most importantly, they showed these past three years that they know how to win. Ravenwood is still a relatively new team but by beating Brentwood and Gallatin they have started to establish themselves as a true contender. They have a lot of players coming back including their quarterback. You can never count Brentwood out, but I think that both these teams will be the best in the region
