I'm way too lazy to look back through these pages so I will just ask. I've heard this game will be on tv? Is it possible to watch in the Greeneville area?

Im not sure why you are blasting me here Greenedevilarmy, but I was simply pointing out that a few of West Greene's coaches did remain on the field and demonstrated class this evening, and should not be categorized with the actions of other individuals.

The four coaches I seen were at midfield shaking the last few Greeneville players hands and some of the coaches that were left on the field because the majority of Greeneville's players were already heading off the field. I would assume that would be why the player may not have noticed the coaches on the field. But I can assure you that there were a few (few being the key word) coaches that did show some class after the game tonight.

Just to set the record straight there were four WG coaches and two players by my count that stayed on the field after the game.

Make that the second worst team, I had forgot about the first year Case was at West Greene....I want to forget again.

This is easily the worst and weakest West Greene team I have seen during the Coach Case era at West Greene. There is a serious lack of size and strength in every area. It will look like a high school vs a middle school team on the field this year. I just hope egos and pride do not get the best of individuals and both teams come away with no injuries. I may catch flack from some West Greene folks for my negative (truthful) comments but it is the truth. GHS- 56 WG- 0

What does South Greene have that will give them the advantage? I am not around high school football as much as in past years so I am not as well informed as I have been. I do know that West Greene's O-line is very small judging from the one game I have seen this year so that could be an advantage. However, South Greene has been quite small in the trenches in recent years as well, so who knows.

Having not seen South Greene play this year my knowledge is a bit limited. However, I will say that West Greene's backfield will carry them past the Rebels. WG- 42 SG- 28

My head's prediction: Sullivan North- 42 West Greene- 7 My heart's prediction: West Greene- 21 Sullivan North- 14

lol.... Every single one of you guys are hilarious. Your taking a GAME played between high school kids that is supposed to build these kids into men, and argue about it like a bunch of 12 year old girls on the playground. Its pretty pathetic if you ask me that people from Greene County cannot have a civilized conversation on this stupid website without taking verbal cheap shots at each other, and making it personal. Whats ironic about the entire situation is that we (most of us I'm assuming) are supposed to be the older ones who are supposed to be examples for the high school kids. And you want to talk about the twitter arguments that went on between the kids? Yeah, it happened, I'm sure from both sides. However, how can you expect these KIDS to act any better than that if the ADULTS are on a website acting like a bunch of bitter old biddies towards each other. Im all for school spirit, shoot I love West Greene High School, as many of you others love your own respective schools too, but there comes a point and time when you cross the line from maturity into immaturity with posts, and I think everyone on here needs to look down at their feet and see just exactly how far back they crossed that line. And we are the mature ones......LOL.

I have refrained from posting this week because this topic is always the same old arguments and bickerings. Anyways, I think Greeneville will win around the 56-7 range, with the possibility of it being alot worse if Ballard wants it to be, considering all of the immature events that took place between both coaches on The Range last year.

We might as well not count this week since there is only three games and not many people will have time to make their picks........however.... Grainger Cumberland Gap Greeneville in a nail biter (lol)

I think Claiborne and South Greene are pretty safe picks as wins. However, The Gap and Chuckey Doak are worrying me.....I don't even want to think about losing to North Greene, I still have nightmare's of the seasons when that was happening.

After watching the Oneida game, I have my concerns about even making playoffs. I know Oneida is a talented team but to be straight to the point we looked terrible. Our defense is weak, in every imaginable way. And the offensive line looks just completely lost out there. I specifically remember one drive that Oneida's second string was on the field pushing our line off the ball every snap.

Just wanted to tell the Oneida fans and parents I got to watch the game from the Oneida sideline last night, and you all have the classiest group of young men we have had at The Range that I can remember in a long while, and that is from the ballboy to the head coach. I feel like people need to talk about stuff like that almost as much as what is going on between the lines sometimes. And speaking of between the lines, you guys have a very good football team as well, I look forward to seeing how deep you guys go into the playoffs this year, best of luck from West Greene!

Im a little in the dark this year when it comes to Chuckey Doak. I know they have good skill positions returning, but what does the O-line look like and defense?
