Here goes nada
County will take the point and they will Push
GPS will give ND the point and they will Push
Bearden will cover
Baylor will cover
Oakland edges Blackman
White House will give the 2 and they will Push
CPA will win
Hey MVM do I get the point for calling a Push? Or do I need to edit this and pick outright winners?
First Merrol Hyde is much improved! However, shots were 28-nil for WH. Fouls were 18 WH to 4 MH, including a yellow. It was a pretty one sided "greyhound" kind of night. My daughter, our keep, only had 6 touches and finished up her Anatomy homework.
I know I am not too excited about the district tourney being at Macon County. On that 8v8 field of theirs...with how frequently we are facing those bunker defenses...
However, we did confirm yesterday that all players will be fully released by start of district tourney.
In my best Mitt Romney voice, you don't get your own facts....
Last round, I was first to pick. And i think I was first the first round too. and last years tournament pick em I was also first (I won that too, BTW)...Sorry this time I had to actually pay some bills and do some work
Get you some of that....
Ravenwood 3
White House 1
Still 2 starters out for White House, and Ravenwood is very big, strong, and physical. 2-1 at half with possession being very even, maybe tilted White House way slightly. Second half was probably 60/40 Ravenwood. We'll take it and move on to the next one.
You know what they say about blind squirrels....
I must admit to being surprised by that result. But like I said about an earlier WH result.... Girls soccer is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are gonna get...
Guess since I am leading I need to keep up the appearances.
Knox over CCS
Farragut over Oak Ridge
Give Beech the point and this one is a draw with Hendersonville.
Ravenwood easy over Bwood
Siegel over Oakland
Soddy over McMinn
Oh yeah...1 back strain, 1 concussion, 1 wrist, 1 neck brace, 1 something else (seriously not sure). 5 starters, 2 def, 2 mids, and the keeper.
Its all nagging kind of stuff for the most part and all should be back sooner rather than later.
Playing 4 top level teams in 6 days takes its toll. 5 starters out and/or limited action forces me to take Brentwood and give the points. (man that was hard to type)
At least now Champ will have to find something else to whine about
Glad to see the voters didn't penalize the Lady Devils too much for this weekend's results.
The newest poll (updated today) has swapped ND and WH, which I think is more accurate for now. We will see what kind of stuff WH is made of this week with neutral site games against Franklin, JPII, and Clarksville on consecutive nights.
Yeah, I think we kind of established in last years episode that it had to be at least double digits to qualify... WH beat Macon County 9-0 in their first district game on Tuesday. I was kinda lettin it slide under the radar, but I guess I have to fess up.
