We do play with the private schools. Like all the other private schools who don't give scholarships. Division II schools can give scholarships to attend. We are in the division I playoffs

After everything positive in that, you pick out the negative and still dwell on something from four years ago! Life is too short for stuff like that. Regardless of if it happened or not, you can't judge someone from something from four years ago, the only reason it's still around is people who try to bad talk friendship and ignore the great things that they and coach McNeal do for surrounding communities. As for football, we will play a little of that too, and hit hard too. I don't know much about OS but I do know that the friendship boys want it bad. It's not pretty and won't get the ooohs and ahhhs of a high powered offense, but hey it works

I thought your fans had class before I saw this post. Riverside was just the better team today. Errors and walks can't win a championship. Congratulations to the players and coaches. Friendship worked hard to get here and surprised a lot of people. I'm proud of all the guys I played with this year. Good luck next year guys I'll be cheering for you!

congratulations to an extremely tough CSAS team. i was very impressed with their defense and ability to score quick. they made us play at their tempo when that is not what we wanted. so great job to them. but on another note, i want to thank all of the FCS players for giving the crazies something to cheer about this year. yal worked your butts off through the good and bad and didnt listen to any of the haters and just played your game. hats off to seniors Kyle Neal and Cameron Hill for finishing their careers tonight. it has been a pleasure to see yal play, and yal went down to the hands of a great team. be proud of everything that you have done and use this to help you in the future. again, great job FCS i am proud of you

Why do you see it being a low scoring game?

No one can beat Clay if they shoot like that. 22 had 7 or 8 threes while only missing one, and two or three more of their guys threw in some. i would like to know the stat of their three point shooting and free throws from that game if anyone has that

It was weird to see Bradshaw in purple tonight, but the boys in green responded well and gained an early lead. After a weak 3rd quarter Watertown crawled back into the game and tied it. but FCS pulled away at the end. good luck to H2O this season. they have a good team with good athletes and will be dangerous down the road

You know Bradshaw wants this one real bad! I just hope the guys on our end realize that those H2O boys will come out spittin fire and wantin it. which sometimes can overtake talent. which FCS has ALOT more of... and about the Gville RBS game... idk swanson thats just embarrassing. i know anyone can beat anyone on any given day, but come on man. but i will not take that score and say that FCS has it in the bag no question... but on the same night RBS loses to Gville FCS beats 2A Westmoreland by 16... anyways im looking forward to another great atmosphere at FC tomorrow and another chance for everyone to see that these boys deserve to be undefeated!

you cant take anything from the Eagleville game. the team had been together for one day before that game which was the first game. our guys were down 13 at halftime and came back to win that one by 2. beating Eagleville by 15points in one half would be a dominant victory i believe because if you take first game jitters out and they do that the entire game. thats 30... so take that for what its worth

the girls may not have an answer for RBS, but i will take a close game between the boys! looking forward to seeing a great match up Jan. 11 is the day to come out to RBS for that one, but there is a lot of time for that match up to gain importance before then. i just see one flaw in your post sportsfan... no one has beaten FCS yet so your gonna have to hold on to that sweet tooth a little longer!

The G-ville boys were looking in the crowd before the game when the student section was getting in their heads. The G men did not bring their best to FCS. Atleast i hope not cuz it was a slaughter in the first half. they will definitely put up a better fight the next time these two teams meet

i do appreciate the comments because it would be a bit dull on here without ya. but this is a huge week for the guys in green. Westmoreland on Tuesday. water city kitties on Thursday and Clay County on Thursday. its gonna show where the guys really are. they are going to have to grow a lot this week to pull it off, but i know they can get it done!

FC is #1 in the region till someone proves different. its funny how you put JC there when they didnt even make it to region chamionship game last year...

They can use it as a bye week cuz after they play FCS they will be sittin at home! heck FCS has enough athletes sittin in the student section to send JC home

hopefully tonight will give them a little more confidence and get some guys in a rhythm. cuz FCS cant come out against G ville like they did Eagleville and expect to come out with a win

its gonna be a fun season! repeat region champs are the team to beat this year im afraid... once everyone gets healthy they are gonna be a fun team to watch

Cuz the same athletes that whoop you in football turn right around and whoop you in basketball and baseball. then our girls that whoop you in volleyball are gonna turn around and whoop you in basketball. it will be ugly cuz the one sport red boiling thought they had to cheer about (girl's basketball)will get shown that friendship is better at that too. you are just not good.
