Couldn't agree more, game is living up to hype

No just a lot of history between WC and Cville, lots of respect for them and proud of where their program has gotten to

Bad timing to use their 2nd timeout

Cville has been in this situation their last two games

Did they not say Petty only had 700+ yards rushing this season?

If Whitwell don't score on this drive they may not score at all

The closer you get to the end zone the harder it is to score on Cville, not saying they won't

What's all the hype around Petty?

Cville just missed an easy td

The only chance they had coming into this game was to be able to pass, once they go one dimensional they're done

They can't throw on this defense either, I really expected more from Whitwell

I hope so, they'll have less yards in second half than the first if they do

Cville probably won't put 2 more in the air the whole second half, they'll run every down

If Whitwell starts throwing the ball they in trouble, QB hasn't even been close yet on a pass

6 is all it will take, Cville D is just to tough and Whitwell O is not very good. Whitwell D is pretty good though

I'm not counting anybody out, but Cville defense is tough once they get a lead

He had to try to keep that drive moving, Whitwell won't have 100 yards total today

WC will have its share of speed and power running the ball, the question will be the QB and line. Not sure which direction coaches will go at QB, there's Crews that took several snaps there this year and Swinea that has also but two different styles. WC will return lots of size up front but they all played backup roles this year as WC loses all starting lineman, the only positive is the ones moving up got some quality playing time due to injuries throughout this season. WC will lose about 22 to graduation with most of them starting on one side of the ball or the other, going to be interesting but that's where Coach Rice and coach Crews experience pays off. I don't think they'll be ready to compete for the gold but will be another tough WC group that will bring it every play

Cville 27 Whitwell 6 Cvilles defense and run game wins out, I'm going with an extra td for Cville for the rain

Usually the majority of the penalties are early on, they seem to be less as the players shake the nerves off as the game goes on

It was defiantly missed tackles but that was the only time during the game that y'all had anybody to reach open field and have a chance, that kid is special when he gets a step or two to work with! This wasn't a bash against Huntingdon, I was just giving my opinion on y'alls game. I don't think anyone on here other than us WC, LC and Cville fans understand how good Huntingdon was this year, after WC played both I had my doubts as to who would win between y'all, it was a classic in my eyes! Very physical and hard fought game! But let me ask you a question, if it had come down to 3rd and 10 on that play, do you think y'all would have scored?

If Huntingdon had not been in a 3rd and 44 and Cville's defense hadn't been playing so deep that they let #8 get some running room Huntingdon would have never scored. Just another stat
