Jeez Their head coach now Clark IS A FORMER PLAYER for Bradley also. What difference would that make. You want a former Bearette then as their head Coach ? Man you are not making sense.

I think he sits right behind Bradleys bench about 7 rows up or so. Or the guy in the picture isn't him. But he sure looks like him down to the hat that he had on in his old picture in here. I only listened tonight but I saw the region game the other night.

Do you have the rebounding stats ,from the radio it sounded like Bradley couldn't buy a rebound. They forced some turnover but as you stated couldn't hit free throws. I know coaches who spend time practicing just those two things for post season. How many 3 point attempts do they usually have? It sounded like Howard was doing ok but even she had a hard time getting open looks. Then the fouls , they come from playing good defense and it's a trade off make them make two shots to get two points instead of one layup. Sounds like their coach had some pretty good scouting.

For who. I hope not Bradley cause I know people who will be affected and sent their girls there in good faith of playing for them and being a part of the tradition. If it gets to that the tradition turns to nothing. Just memories of people who spend their lives here while others are the flavor of the month for whatever reason take their place. No thanks.

Plus play more players during the season. Developer a deeper bench. You can afford losing the Thanksgiving and Christmas games to good teams if it benefits your team by giving younger players experience. Ask WV boys head coach he's done the best coaching job since he's been there than anyone in this county. His teams are as good as they can be by post season that's what marks a good coach. Not how many you can get to come play for you but what you do with the players you do have. As far as Xs and Os on the chalk board goes during games. Middle TN is like Kentucky they know basketball. Like Maryville knows football and their fans know if you can coach or not.

That's closer than I thought it would be. I thought they'd be up 20 or 25 and I think CC is pretty good themselves.

I never thought they'd like playing them. But they definitely had their chances. Missed free throws and no offensive rebounding in the second half. Truthfully bball is down in our area. With all that they lost by 6! Tough loss but seriously who's going to beat Riverdale ? Maybe a Memphis team can play at that speed for 4 periods. But I doubt it. Not with that skill.

Kinda like I figured. odds are far against CC against Riverdale. As they are for everyone else. A close loss is still a loss from here on out. I've said it before Howard reaches across the body a lot and around. Right or wrong different refs will call it automatically. I thought a healthy CC would could and did give the Bearettes a game. I think the lady jets can give them a game but I also think ifvits a blowout it's a Bradley win. Either way I think the Bearettes host Stewart's Creek. There is a couple of seniors I know that are tremendous young lady's I'd like to see them get a shot at a title. Not sure they can but it's not out of the realm. Good luck ladies.

I saw them both years. I agree they improved. I also saw Riverdale both years and guess what so have they. And I got a hunch that Stewart's Creek has to. More than one team can improve.

Bob Williams can flat coach. He lost a few the last three years but gets his teams ready to play. He started working on his bench the first game. People in the stands I heard say why is he letting that kid play or that one have those minutes. Then they realized he developed chemistry between more than 3 or 4 guys. Cleveland is a very good team. Period. This was as good a win for WV as they've had. I think CHS goes to state next year. Seriously. They are loaded with young players. Nothing but respect for those young men. Great season putting CHS basketball back on the map.

I agree with most but I also know that the reason Bradley has most of them was their kids club hot 200 plus involved for years. Al Morris senior was a catalyst for many of those. Losing him has hurt them and their numbers have begun to decline. I'm not ever sold on any kid being good or bad at a young age until they grow and get into high school you never know. Usually at a young age you're smaller kids are more coordinated. Wrestling is the sport where you can out work a better natural athlete. I remember going to kids tourneys in Georgia and staying late into the night watching the old Bradley kids club and leaving and they still had kids wrestling. Now it seems you have more skill less numbers in certain clubs Higher Calling doesn't have just Cleveland kids in it. Their middle school team is where most of their kids start showing real promise. Ocoee and Lake forest are both not as strong as they had been in the past. I think that's where Bradley will have to catch up. When LFs Belcher stepped down a few years back it started showing. Bradley had several studs these last few years. I don't see how they can over come losing that many good wrestlers this time with what's in the pipe line. Might take a few years before they will be were they have been. In the mean while the rest of the state keeps coming. I like the upper east tn programs and what I've seen from them. To me Middle TN with the population and financial support I see in other sports is a puzzle why they haven't won more team states in wrestling. Is it too many schools cause they are mostly large AAA schools and some A. Individuals seem they do well. Teams not do much. Maybe this is their chance to overtake the east. Who knows.

I think they might be at the present time. And wouldn't count on them upsetting Riverdale either. I do think Riverdale coach is pretty good from game to game but I'm not sure about his in game adjustments in close games. I've only seen him blow out decent teams and what they did last year in the state tourney. That roster though wow

Couldn't find a mcguggan on their roster. Sorry it happened. Congrats to WC on their win. So now back to bball. I think WC might beat EH but if EH brings their A game I think they win by 10. Cleveland will have to play better than last night to beat WV but they haven't played two games in a row the same they are still young but have a bunch of scorers. I'll take them at home in a close game maybe even over time by 4.

Maybe some did but I've known a few of them all their lives and I'd never believe it if you said they were cussing anyone. I'm 100% sure the Brown kid didn't he's as good a kid as there is anywhere. Others I'd say it's possible in the heat of the moment.

Right and I was there 3 starters on the court at all times threw the 3rd. I left after that. He did call off the trap. Howard came off the floor with 230 left in the 3rd. And she IS the engine that makes them go. Real strong all around game. Her size and length helps her. With that said I think that if Oak Ridge is as good as they were last year they give them a game. In no way does Bradley have an easy path to the state. Sub state could get very interesting.

They sure would of. I wonder if Bradley doesn't win it this year who he gets to move there next year they lose a lot but have Howard and Carter back.
