I heard the other day, that an officiating crew from NorthWest Tennessee association is doing this game... How can it be since that association does Covington's games. I know they say it doesn't matter but I don't think thats right!

If USC is the top team in their division, then the 2nd place team gets to go to the championship, even if there is a North team with a better record. You can argue and belly ache all you want but like I said it will not change the rule. The only change to the rule should be that runner-up should be treated as a Wild Card for seeding purposes.
