It wouldn't be hard to have a numbers issue if you start with 16 or 18.

Okay a spread formation could include a TE but rarely does. Air Raid is an offense and spread option are offenses. If Grundy was spreading the field Friday with 3,4,5 receivers then I apologize. They may have been in the spread Friday. If they were using a TE and two receivers the majority of the time I would say they were still running the option. Good luck to them.

Shotgun formation doesnt mean ur running the spread.Actually, the spread isn't an offense at all, its a formation and a TE is no where to be found in it.2. Im pretty sure that Grundy has lined up in the Power I several times through out its history. Didnt work. Way too much finger pointing by so called experts on the game like Mr. Omni and not enuff working together has always been an issue on that mountain. 65 plus years of football and no championships and ur going to blame it on "slow" kids and "bad" coaching?

If I had a kid who ran like 33 for Grundy then I would depend on him too. This Friday SP will have way too much speed for Grundy to contend with. Nice win over Jasper however and they should feel good about it.

Yes hats off to those powerhouse tigers. They did look good against a bigger Grundy Co team........that just happened to play ZERO starters on either side of the line. but yeah they looked great against Grundy's JV.
