Hey Croz, the ones suggesting a change are probably the ones who always leave with 8 minutes left on the clock in the 4th qt.Win or loose it is done as a team and that includes the coaches and players.Defeat is always harder to accept than victory and it is always easier to point the finger,but I bet this group of seniors would rather play for Vic than any other coach.This group of seniors with Grider has put 2 silver balls and one gold ball in the cabinet at SPHS and it didn't just happen by accident. With all that said I would like to give a shout out to my son Coltin Blevins(aka BIG 50)as I refer to him,I am proud of all of your accomplishments and achievements on the field and off the field!! Your Dad and also your "Biggest Fan" Always put God first and everything else is easy!!

Congrats to WC you played an almost perfect game, talked to several WC fans before the game and after the game and all were class acts.If any posters on here had seniors on the team all I can say is as a parent I feel your pain. The loss was not hard to accept but watching my son play his last game as a high school football player cut to the bone.Congrats you earned it!!

NO time for the tractor the WC fans had the coaches concerned with our small D-line so he sent them over to the farm.Doc Adcock and myself took the boys to his place and put them on the old ferry boat,we rigged up several oars on the ferry and put then to work on the water,Doc Adcock is a very smart man,we think this repetitve motion should perfect their swim move to get them in the backfield faster.That Marshall man called me "TODAY" trying to get some G"Ville boys down here on the farm,but I qiuckly declined. I will tell the WC coach the same thing Saturday morning after SP beats them friday.

MR Wildcat I believe he would be talking about the press conferences held before the the Mr Football banquet,I also was told by a reporter your MR Football finalist said SP defensive line was small and they would run it down their throats.Several poeple were present to hear it,being 17 or so he was probably just full emotion and it came out wrong.I also know for a fact that some SP boys and WC boys sat at the same table during banquet.You can fell free to correct me if I am Wrong.Their is nothing in this post that is not true and power p would probably be the last poster on this board to tell a lie.

I think it starts when the head coach stands in the middle of the field and tries to stare down the opposing team during warm ups.To me that just sets the tempo for the team and once agaian attitude is reflected by leadership and the group doesn't handle pressure well.With some attitude adjustmants and discipline starting with the coached down to the players G"Ville will have a chance at gold next year.however if things are not handled I am afraid you will end up with the same results.Trash talkin on the field is just part of the mental game and SP does it as well as any they just don't let the other team in their heads.G'Ville took themselves completely out of this game with 8 minutes left on the clock and SP came out with the win.

No time for hay right now plankwalker,we had a big john deere tracter buried to the axles in mud with a cuttin harth behinfd it.Went and found Coltin,Big DJ,and Trey Martin hooked them up to the front of the tracter like a team of mules and they started moving it slowly,then it hit me I went and got that big anchor Cody Branham and hooked him to the front line and they are turning up new ground as we speak they have ben pulling that tracter since 6.00am.I am going to send them home before lunch so i don't have to feed them.

I was impressed with Johnson . I didn't see him Being a part of any of the madness on the field. Lankford is a bit immature . His excessive celebration over a first down was an example. He sort of laid down a few times when he took some hits. Both he and Blevins were jawing with our crowd going out of the gates. I don't think that is a good representative of mr football candidates but maybe that isn't their normal behavior. Good luck to you next week. I hope we can learn something from this game and come back to this point again next yr. bluethroughandhtrough, I call you on Blevins saying anything to your fans, I walked all the way out with him. Blevins didn't say anything to any fans. I will say a few SP fans right in front of him were making alot of unnecessary remarks about the two being MR Football Finalist .Again Blevins said nothing out of line to any fan..(he wasn't raised that way) He is not responsible for others actions. That part of your post is wrong and not true.

SP exposed G'Villes team by appyling constant pressure and SP stayed composed.G'Villes head coach set the tone last year by stomping the "P"(that was not forgotten).Attitude is reflected by leadership.G"Ville has a great team just needs the coaching staff to lead by example!!G'Ville will be very good next year but could easily have the same results without discipline.

TT I undrestand the game you play, but this week I would like to to see you serve a little venom up to the WC posters!!!!!
