Shep,after i read my post back it sounded different than it was ment,nothing negative was ment towards JB or their fans the comment was aimed towards media we lost to SM and Polk so we were catagorized as not being a physical team.JB players and fans took the loss with class and there was not alot of trash talk and negativity on the field or off the field.I talked to several fans from JB great sportsmanship, figure JB tougher schedule will put you back at cookville, I expect we will have a few losses on the way but not by any 1A schools. 10-o means nothing if you get put out in the first round

Every kid on this team that is a starter has played since jr high with the exceptions of 2 one has played since moving her in the 10th grade the other moved back this year,don't be frustrated SP is down this year we have played 3 games our offense is not clicking they have only put up 140 points , our defense can't seem to get on track, starters have given up 14 points and second string gave up 14 points,total of 28 points, to make things easy take us off the poll and try to figure out who will get the silver ball!! after we lost a couple last year we were not even supposed to be able to compete with JB at state no disrespect to them but they were introduced to SP football 101!!

LV will will be shell shocked after our D unloads on them(i am sure Grundy was shell shocked).They will be playing with a team that is a another level, they will not be giving the MERCY RULE tonight they will be recieving it.Sportsman not Taking anything away from Parked he's a super kid, but #50 & #47 stacked the wood pile up as much as anyone last year,and will this year also, you may want to rewind the tapes from last year and you will see some of the big hitters are still on the field.I look for the O to show LV where the real speed is tonight and may even have to show them a little of the power formation just to see a couple LV players get traintracked!!

It will be fun to watch Lankford and Johnson(especially when his ankle is fully healed)two outstanding backs will be nice to have in big games and these two kids would be fun to watch in an option formation.The Allen boys and Chubb will make a leathel targets for stone this year, the O line did an oustanding job which gave all the skilled positions the big night they had.Defense was great,the line played well and Coltin and Karrell stuffed the middle with some big shots,Corbin and Payne did well on the corners and pass coverage should get a little respect after this game.Signal will not walk through us, the D proved they can bring the pressure and that is what will keep us in the game with Signal.

I will put my money on #47 and #50 against the Cook kid in the headon collision,He is a good running back but #47 an #50 will handle him!!!!!There were alot better backs they faced last year that got tired of being earholed by the 3rd quarter.I figure he will be hit by several pirates each play.Grundy will have as many jitters as our boys,coming to the the "PITT" to face the defending "STATE CHAMPS" that will give anybody the jitters!!!

I agree, SP is loaded with talent and I think the offense will pick up right where they left off in cookville. Demetric has big shoes to fill and i think he is up to the challenge, he will prove himself to all that doubt him.(as will Lankford)I look for a couple big returns from Chubb.DJ will get to prove if all the hype is for real and win his first game in a while.Blevins and Garret will set the tempo on defense and will be solid leaders, both have ben starters for to years and played in 2 state championships along with Chubb. the front seven for SP will be tough,I think pass coverage will be a little better than everyone expects.The Mercy Rule will go into effect Friday!!!!

SP will score more than those two scores combined,possibly in the first half

I agree #2 and #6 will have big years and be the big yardage guys,however when the middle is boxed in short passes turn into big plays for #1,#7,#15.#5 will have a good year he is surrounded with alot of talent(line,recivers,and backs)he just needs to stay focused and stay calm.You are right this has always ben and always will be a running team they have the ability to have 2 big backs blocking for #2 and #6 when needed.I think alot of people have forgotten several of these boys were leaders last year and will step up to the task at hand.This is a group of kids who love to win!!!The D should be nasty this year,watched the polk/bradley game friday boring!!!ready to see speeeed and some big hits.we are on the same side but the train will be known as an AMTRACK this year.I may be a grasshopper but not a young one anymore wish i was.lol

I can't wait for #1#2#7#15 to ignite the offense and to see them light up the speedway,and i believe #25#35#47#50 will definetly introduce the yellow jackets to the "REAL BULLIE'S" of the valley.
