I do know he was on the team at Memphis. Whether he ever saw the field or kicked a ball I don't know. He was actually a better golfer than anything else.

How is a 50 yd field goal a fluke? The kid was nailing field goals all year. It isn't a fluke when a 10-1 team beats you and had already beaten you once that same year...Come on, man, you're smarter than that.

I was surprised to hear this score for two reasons: 1. Couldn't believe Macon only got in the endzone twice. 2. Couldn't believe Macon's D only gave up two td's. Sounds like an improvement on D but what happened to the offense? Was Sycamore's D that good?

I'm glad to see Blackman get the win. I've been bouncing around each week and haven't watched them since week 1 vs. Independence. I thought they were over-rated at the time. Sounds like they've improved alot.

You can look through my history of posts about Macon and can see I have always pointed out the fact that their defense is weak. On the other hand, I think their offense will overcome that fact against Sycamore. I just can't see them out-scoring Macon. Should be a good one to watch. Lot's of scoring but Macon scores more.

I agree with you on the GP game being one of the best I've watched. That was an action-packed game. I also agree with you on the defense needing to step up.
