Stone....Singular as in me but not in the way you proclaim. You see when someone is successful in real estate and has investment properties those properties have to produce money. Produce is slang for generating income which means they have to make money. By making money that means those properties have to bring in more gross income than they cost to build, maintain and pay back any debt to the lender. Do you you understand how that kinda thing works? Do you own or rent? I am assuming you rent or that maybe you still live with your parents. If not then I apologize and maybe you are more aware of housing cost, property tax, insurance, etc than you are pretending to carry on about. However, based on some of your numbers you have spewed on here I am guessing that is not the case. In case you did not know right now there is a lot of demand in both Hamilton County and Marion County. Did you know that Tennessee is the highest rated state in the country for people moving in from out of state over the last year? For example Jasper, South Pittsburg, Richard Hardy, North Jackson, Lookout Valley, Brainerd, Central, Hixson and Red Bank. All places tenants live currently and a few with kids that play sports. Some tenants have boat loads of cash and are just lazy and dont want to have any responsibility. Others live pay check to paycheck and can never get ahead enough to save up for a down payment or have a high enough credit score to buy their own home. Some tenants get government assistance and can only live in properties that accept government assistance. Passive income investments have many layers and can come in all shapes, forms and sizes. However, all layers have to produce (generate income). Insinuating that people buy properties just to house recruits for high school football is moronic (means stupid) but based on what all you have said previously you seem to have several facts tangled, so maybe you don’t know any better. If somebody chooses to move because of a better job or cost of living is lower or to better their kids then that is their own business. It is not your place or anyone's else to spew there business. People move all the time just not as much in small towns like Mayberry. That unfortunately is going to change in the future. As far as the family from up north they moved here AFTER the mom got on at Lodge. Which by the way is about to expand again creating more jobs in the area. GREAT NEWS MORE RECRUITS RIGHT??? No great news because this area needs jobs! But wait a minute, Lodge has to be in on this too right??? I bet they are probably even giving raises to these so called recruits and not even making them come in to work! (Btw the mother in question you have mentioned is crushing it there and has continued to do extremely well for herself.) Suggesting people that move here gets bags of cash payments and live for free is asinine (means extremely foolish). If the QBC was giving out bags of cash why would they not of just given them cash to pay rent? Doesn't seem very logical (means sensible given the circumstances) to cheat by giving cash then all of a sudden grow a conscious and decide to cheat foolishly by writing a check. As far as Chris Jones goes he was with the Cleveland Browns last Fall and not with the Pirates in any shape fashion or form from my understanding. From my understanding I dont think there was good history there with him and our former coach. Btw his kids go to Jasper so I am not sure how it would benefit him to help a school he has no kids at or help a coach he doesnt have a great past with. I understand when there is no logic there the answer is to simple just throw everything on the wall and hopefully something will stick. After all it has worked out so well for the people of Jasper in the past. To the SP people...Everyone take a breathe and calm down. Jones and Wag are both good men to lead the program moving fwd and there is the possibility to keep them both. If everyone will stay quite long enough they will hear Geppetto laughing while sitting in Jasper pulling all the strings.

Did you know they looked at moving into Jasper before SP? No you do not. Did you know that the mother of the family from Detroit got a job at Lodge before they moved from Detroit? No you do not. Did you know she still works there and is doing very well did herself? No you do not and you do not care. Did you realize this $1800 in rent your claiming was for more than a months rent plus late fees and the family was in that predicament because the fathers job? No you do not but one thing you do know though is how easily it is for you to get fired at Sequatchie over that tongue. I am probably biased but still best team in school history imo. We were dogs and crazy talented. We just played an equally crazy talented Trousdale team that won back to back and even drilled BGA who had Troy Fleming. Same BGA team that the year before drilled that 97 Tyner team. We still should’ve won the game but Satterfield found 1 play (QB follow) we just were not suited for in a new defense that was installed the week of the game and Thomas Payne ate us. Looking back we should’ve stayed in our 4-3 defense and kept running the football and just been who we were. Eddie is still running wild up and down the Creekbank on them.

This defensive line especially at DT is likely the most overall talented the program has even seen. Scary part is 3 of the 4 that rotate are back next season. Now DE after this season will have some growing up to do next year after losing Pittman last year and Allen & Cagle this year. Gio Davis though is a 6’5 285 version of Silvy which is why he has D1 offers. When he plays mad it’s over. Consistency is his biggest challenge going into next season.

Fayetteville has 5X more talent than Coalfield. No offense to Coalfield but our entire fan base could have logged on here last week and everyone could’ve said we would lose. Our coaches could’ve also told the players that they was gonna lose and then we still would’ve went and blown out Coalfield. The gap was that wide. It was boys vs men Friday night. There is still a gap imo this week no doubt but it’s comparing apples to oranges when comparing Fayetteville’s talent to Coalfield. Just because fans aren’t mouthing off on coachT calling for a mercy rule doesn’t mean people aren’t confident. I think most on here have been around long enough to realize that our team and our past teams have always played better when they have played with a chip on their shoulder.

I agree on all those teams being over confident but the 2013 Union City was a lot more talented that the UC team in 2009 and Wayne in 2011. Those teams we were both heavy favorites in and lost. Both teams kept us off the field and grinded it out. Both years I felt like the best team lost. In 2013 it didn’t help we didn’t have Lankford at full speed and our best OL was out for getting into a fight at Coalfield the week before but we got whipped up front in 2013 all night with out him by a really really good football team that went back to back in 13 & 14. Having said all that I don’t see this game being very close IF we play like we can. That’s a big IF and don’t be fooled into believing our kids don’t read this stuff because they do. It wasn’t long ago that most of them still believed in Santa Clause so I think most people are just being reserved and hoping our kids stay focused and don’t get to over confident thinking they can just show up because we are South Pittsburg and Fayetteville is just gonna lay down because that will not happen. Kids get excited and think they have already won sometimes just by making it there. They still gotta stay locked in all week and then go out and prove they are the best. If the team plays like they can there will be a Gold Ball brought back to SP but we we still gotta go out and get it done.

SP fell short against teams not nearly as talented in 2009 & 2011. I think most know what can happen on Friday but they also know what has happened in the past so they bite their tongue.

Region 2 getting exposed tonight. Gordonsville and Monterey are both better than Coalfield this year. We just have too much size and speed for them to play the style of game they want

I have 14 units off Hwy 41 coming available this spring just so Jasper will have to watch the 14 new recruits driving by Jasper High everyday on their way to South Pittsburg.

Ha she wasn’t promised anything but a key to her rental house that she paid for when she moved here. I know this for 100% fact. Lol it’s comical the gossip that has went on around why these kids moved here. Keep trying
