What a ride. It's been great watching these kids grow into young men. They have more heart than any team I have ever seen. Great year raiders. Can't wait for the spring........

blitz, blitz, and blitz again and when you turn around blitz somemore.. We will have to get there backs on there heels before they get north and south, speed kills (north has shown that). Offense will have to, play ball control and execute their offense just like we have all year.. This will be a good game, tough test. GO RAIDERS.

Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah... Even if north looses they played one more game than the mighty cyclones..... How can you say they have a weak schedule? There in the same conference wiseone.... And the ones that were out of conference for elizabethton they lost........ Plus the ole fluke team won in there house.....

Week schedule no defense blah blah blah blah blah.... quite whinning haters, we won our conference, are the only team left in upper east tennesee and will play to the final whistle blows friday night.... I dont care who comes to our place, when they leave win loose or draw, they will know they have been in a dog fight..........

My point is as our community shrinks so does our lack of athletes to pull from North was a two feeder system for a long time with ketron and lynn view middles schools now we do not have either. we have one elementary school and then the 7th and 8th grades are inside the high school. Rumors are abound here that the high school will eventually be shut down, and our kids will have to go to a different school, so with what these kids are doing, playing the way they are playing we are proud of them as a community... We are a very very small community trying to compete with areas that are much larger most of the time..

500 with 7th and 8th grade, we could potentially have to drop down to AA in the next couple or three years.

Not sure how people can gauge playing time, those kids transfered when they were going to be sophomores so they only played on the freshman team.. And had they stayed they would have been a big part of DB. They transfered because they wanted too not because they had too due to a "playing time" issue

They have 7th through 12 at north and soon to be 1 through six at the old middle school...

The middle school is now inside the high school, with grades 1 through 6 soon coming from the old middle school. We do not have multiple sources to pull from like many other districts across the region. That is what I like about these kids they are doing great things with very very small numbers...
