Let's look at Lewis Co this season. Loses to Perry Co. after talking trash. Loses to Fairview after talking trash. Beats a JV team and thinks they have righted the ship. Beats a Creekwood team that tied East Hickman in a jamboree, enough said. Barely beat a Page team that is not very good. Looks to me you are living in a fantasy world if you think Lewis Co. will be able to stay on the field with Marshall Co. We have too much speed, hit too hard, and know how to run more than 4 plays on offense. Lewis Co. fans need to face the facts, your team is average at best. Talking to some guys tonight, they said Fairview has an all-state linebacker. I hope he has fun chasing our backfield down from behind or he doesn't run into Mr. Davey because he will be done for the night. Fairview WILL lose to Marshall Co. This is one the biggest games in the Jungle's recent memory. From what I have heard from some fans in the stands last night that Fairview is small. If that is the case, we are about to steamroll this team. Our O-Line and D-Line have been dominate the last couple of weeks. Does Fairview have any answers for our speed at running back? I don't think so. Let's go Tiger fans, get to the Jungle Friday night and watch us show Fairview what the number 1 team in the district looks like.

Who else will challenge Marshall? Page- No Summitt- No Lewis Co.- they may sty around a half, but our speed will wear them down. Fairview- No way they can compete East Hickman- No Spring Hill- No Looks to me as long as we play like we have been, we will win out.

Hickman has it in them. I haven't seen Fairview this year, but they must be over-hyped. Not a lot of Fairview fans on here except for this one who has no idea how upset Fairview fans will be come Friday night. I just saw there schedule, they will lose 3 in row. (Hickman, Marshall, and Giles.)

They will upset Fairview this week.

Like I said the Marshall County Tigers will be the District 12AA champs this season. Maybe the Giles Co. fans will learn some humility.

Giles better be ready to play. I hope they don't have the mentality of their fans. This is for the district championship. Giles and Marshall are by far the best two teams in the district. If Coach T will pound the ball, we will win. The game against Columbia made us better. How has Giles done against the run this year?

Giles Co. is 10 days away from a reality check. You fans don't realize it is not 2009, you do not have Bo Wallace coming on the field anytime soon. It is 2011 and these Tigers are set to make a run.

The defending 5A champs visit Lewisburg Friday Night. Coach T has the boys playing better than any Marshall team has in recent memory. We will be tested by Columbia. I think the Tigers are ready to pull an upset. What is everyone's thoughts?

On the defensive side of the ball, #79 Maddox is the returning defensive player of the year in the district, I don't think their is an O-lineman that can block him one on one. He has a motor that never stops. On the offensive side some of the weapons include #1 Kevin Peterson, # 2 Jalen Jones, and # 19 Jason Tapp. There are plenty others I could name as well. Don't forget the best kicker in the state.

This game should decide the district as Marshall and Giles are clearly the best two teams in the district. Coach T has the boys playing well. We have a solid defense, and great special teams. Our running game will be hard to stop. Columbia will test us this week, so let's focus on the Lions before the Bobcats.

Been following on here for a while and notice there is not a thread for District 12aa. Like to hear everyone's opinions on who they think will win the district this year. Being from Lewisburg, I think the Marshall County Tigers have a great chance to run the table this year. Coach has them believing playing a tough brand of football.
