Any truth that (Kirby) will be the next Coach at Giles County?

If I'm not mistaken this game has been a dog fight the last 2 or 3 years. I don't think it will be any different this year. I have not heard who the Falcons have returning this year, but I'm sure Coach Thomas will have them ready to go at the Brickyard. Should be a dandy!! Good Luck

Would someone please give "OleMissDad" an application to coach at GCHS. Sounds like he knows better than anybody involved on what should be going on with the Bobcat football program. I think WOMG is correct, you have to get the right coaches to come in that fits your system. Sounds like OMD wants to be able to approve everything that going on in the program. I guess thats why WS is the coach and your not. Give this group a chance before you start telling them what they need to be doing!!! I think OC and his staff did a heck of a job of reviving the Bobcat program and they should be commended for that, but guess what they are gone now. Let Coach Smith get his guys in and implement his own system. Btw OMD, not all was great while Jackie was there, and not all was terrible either...If memory serves me correct he led a great group of young men to an UNDEFEATED season before OC and the crew did, and had a string of good years after that...Just Saying...Good Luck WS and to the Bobcat football Program!!!!!

Thoughts and Prayers go out to Coach McAdams family and the entire Lipscomb Academy family. He will be greatly missed. Got the chance to meet him a couple of times and I am truly blessed to have known such a man. Rest In Peace Coach!!!!

Cobb is a SR. Local radio is wrong...The kid is a good quaterback and tough as nails, but he is not better than Bo Wallace was at this time!!!

Everything that could go wrong went wrong for Cornersville in the first half. Got to eliminate the turnovers and blown assignments on defense. I think Cornersville came in with a great game plan. I was really impressed with the run game. Running backs really ran the ball hard tonight. Very fustrating to watch in the first half, because scheme wise they were ready for whatever MC was going to throw at them. The game really should not have been close at all. Cornersville should have won hands down if they don't give up the big plays and turnovers. Thats why you play the game. Dawgs keep your heads up and work hard toward next week.

Did Fairview come out of their game injury free?? No disrespect to CC, but I was really shocked when I heard that final score. I keep hearing them say if they can get healthy they will be ok...Just asking
