Curious as to what happened to coach Rogers who coached the line prior to this new coaching on board? They won a title with him coaching the line so just curious if he is not there anymore or did he go with the fellow that took the Marion job?

Congrats to this young man. I remember him being a great high school player and have seen him play in College. Hopefully he will get a look at the leaugue.

Something tells me that EK to Hixson in his mind would be a step back, but when your looking for a job and one where you call the shots then i suppose its a possibility for him since he lives close to that area from what i have heard. But the perfect situation would have been for him to weather Bill on the mountain then take that program over, so for him not to be going up there seems fishy to me, gotta be a reason? Something with the county, Im thinking. Curious to see if he works in Hamilton County again.

Coach White out at Hixson. Who are some names that may arise for this position? E.K.Slaughter? Chad Barger? Tony Webb? Sam Montgomery? I have thrown some names out that are looking for another head job or possible considering a change from there current situation. Who may be some others that would be interested in this position?

So speculation that White will will be coming to the mountain? Have heard his name mentioned for a coordinator position at LFO in N.Georgia also. Anybody hear the same?

Went from rumor EK was coming to the hill, to its a done deal and now im hearing thats not gonaa happen? if he infact isnt joining the eagles then I bet Soddys coach isnt sleeping easy, I hear alot of Soddy folks would welcome EK back with open arms. Sounds like a plan to me. Just dont know if the county would allow Bill and EK to recruit for the same school. Lol that was a good one. Lol seems aweful unfair to the rest of the tri state area ha ha ha . Although, if Coach Orr dont get it done this year then I could see Bill leading ur Trojans again.

I keep hearing that also but no confirmation on this yet. U have some inside source thats confirming this. That move really not make a lot of sense to me. EK is an offensive guy and they need a D cordinator since Mac has left for Marion. just dont see Bill giving up the offense until he retires or leaves the mountain. Maybe thats the answer Bills on his way out and Ek is sliding in, sounds reasonable. Your thoughts?
