Thanks for the info. Central is about the only good team they have played. I don't know much about the other two AAA teams. How are they? Are they pretty good teams and how much did UC beat them?

Like I have said before in other posts, if you plan on attending this game, you better get there early if you want a good seat. Especially the LC people or you will be sitting in the balcony and I would hate to sit up there. It will be a packed house and be prepared because it's definitely going to be rowdy and wild!!!!

Union City comes to town on Tuesday night. I don't know anything about Union City, but I know they are undefeated. How is this UC team? Have they played any good teams? I think I have heard someone say that this UC bunch is pretty good. I think this should be a pretty good and exciting game. All of our girls are healthy now and they will all be playing in this game. Both teams are good and this game should go to the very end. Good luck to the LC girls!

This game could go either way. Both of these teams are so talented that either one of them could win. It just depends on how they play on game night. Either team could have a bad shooting night and then it's over, because when these two play you can't have a bad night or you will get blown out of the gym. Like west tn said, LC might lose both of their games, but hopefully we will win when it counts. The tournament wins are what counts. Anyway, I am not going to say who will win, because it can go either way with these two. Good luck to the LC boys!

Do you know the details of this game? How did it go? Did Sisco ever sub during the game? Surely he did. Anyone with info on this game would be helpful, because I want to know how it went and how it turned out that bad.

Andrew went to the doctor yesterday and he has strep throat. I figured Whitby wouldn't let him play tonight, but he let him for a little bit. He played a couple minutes of the first quarter and just about the whole second quarter. He didn't play the rest of the game. I don't think he felt real good though, but he played good while he was in the game. He didn't look like he felt well. He just needs to rest this weekend and be ready to play Tuesday night. He will be needed. The whole team will be needed Tuesday night. Good luck to the boys!

I heard this score on the way home from Halls tonight and I couldn't believe my ears. I figured that Trenton would win, but I didn't think it would be by this much. Does anyone have any info on this game and how it went? By looking at the final score, it sounded like Sisco never took his starters out. Either that was the case or South Fulton is just that bad. Anyone with information on this game would be helpful, because I would like to know how this game went.

I totally agree. It was probably more, because it seemed like every time they touched the ball, they either carried it or they walked. I mean it was obvious and most of the time in boys basketball, you can get away with carrying the ball, because they do it so quick. But Halls did it so slowly and any ref can see that. I'm not complaining though, we won and that is all that matters. You right about Richmond also, he could get called for either one multiple times. It seemed like Halls big boy and # 14 walked a lot also. Anyway, good job to the LC boys and what a comeback they had!! They never gave up the whole game! Also, did anyone see that Trenton-South Fulton score? We caught the end of the game on the radio on the way home. Trenton won 101 to 32. I'm pretty sure that was the score. I figured they would beat them, but I didn't think it would be that much. Sisco must have not took his starters out. I don't know what the deal was, but I couldn't believe it when I heard the score.

Yeah you are right. Our defense was outstanding and if we didn't have that, we would have got blown out of the gym. I was starting to think that in the beginning anyway. LC just couldn't get any shots to fall. Finally when they came out from halftime and started the 3rd quarter, they finally started making shots. LC got a lot of points from turnovers in the 3rd quarter. LC outscored Halls 18-0 before Richmond hit 2 strait three's. I believe it was him. It was either him or Patrick. Halls is very quick and very athletic and they will surprise many teams this year. I don't know if it was just me or what, but it seemed like Halls got away with several walks. I know we got away with a couple, but it seemed like Halls walked everytime they touched the ball. Anyway, good job to the LC boys tonight. We have a tough schedule next week with Union City and Trenton coming to town. Anyone planning on attending these games better get there early if you want a good seat, because just like bigster said, it's going to be a packed house and it definately will be for sure!!!

I think we beat them twice if I'm not mistaken. Does anyone know what kind of team Halls has this year? Did they lose anyone from last year? I don't know too much about them except from what they had last year. Also, Chelsey Geanes is playing tomorrow night and Sarah Wallace is a maybe. Her ankle is still swolen a little bit and she has to see how it is tomorrow to know if she will play or not. Anyway, good luck to the girls tomorrow night and bring us home another win!

We killed them during the regular season both times, but they played us pretty close during the district championship game last year. I guess he still isn't well from his heart attack earlier this year. Isn't Meeks coaching the boys team? I think that is correct, but if I'm wrong someone please correct me. Yeah Andrew is very sick. He was throwing up all day and was running fever. Maybe it's just a 24 hour bug. I hope that is all. As long as he is well before the big games we play next week. Hopefully he will be back for Friday's game, but I don't think he will be needed too much. Next week is when he will be needed against Union City and Trenton. All the boys will be needed in next weeks games.

Lake County won this game big. I wasn't able to go either, but I called my friend that was there and she said we won by 18 or so. I know that Whitby started 3 freshman tonight. You never know what Whitby is going to do. He surprises me with something new every game. I know LC won, but does anyone know what the final score was? Chelsey did play, but not much. She got a scare during the game and the coach took her out. That was probably the best thing.

Well everyone was wrong about this one. Lake County wins 57-51. I didn't get to make this game, but a friend just called me and said the Lady Falcons won. I couldn't believe it. LC gave Greenfield their first loss of the season. Chelsey Geanes didn't play, but sophmore Sarah Wallace had a breakout game. She had 23 points for the game and she hit 4 of 5 free throws at the end. She also has a bad ankle. She hurt it Saturday night during the Fulton County game and by the end of the night, it was swolen pretty badly. She kept it iced down all weekend and wasn't supposed to play tonight, but the coach decided on the way to the game to let her play. I'm glad he did, because she was the difference in the game. Also Atnip was held to 10 points or so. Maybe a little more, but not much more. They said it was a great game the whole time. I hate that I missed it, but I will be there Friday night when LC travels to Halls. Way to go Lady Falcons. Maybe people will start paying a little more attention to you.
