rumor has it the players mom came at umpire outside of dugout and was all up in his face and he told her to shut up son heard that and came at umpire with flying fist from behind his coach ( coach was between ump and player) at least one punch landed player was 18 and a senior kicked off team today and rumors also have it that this isnt his first ejection this year again just a rumor

he did and he is good and i missed that game but i think grace will take em in a close one in the second game tommorrow nite imm say grace by 5 even tho im a dawg fan meigs should beat us easy and ill say by 16 but part of me still says the dawgs can shock the state lol tommorrow nite wouldnt be a true fan if i didnt lol

imma say coalfield versus tellico ill take tellico in a nail biter by 2 oneida versus grace in a close with graces state exp grace by 3 meigs versus jellico meigs by 17 wartburg versus rockwood rockwood won both times by 8 points combined this time the dawgs win by 5 and pull a big upset

nice win for wartburg and coalfield tonite should be a exciting district championship

dogs have reeled off two nice wins lately one on the road at coalfield and a nice home win against oakdale halfway thru oneida and jellico are the frontrunners but theres 4 teams on there heels and its gonna be a close race down the stretch my 4 teams i got making it to regions are oneida,jellico,coalfield and wartburg

dogs played jellico tough for 3 quarters the last quarter they couldnt hit anything and they shot 4 of 18 from the free throw line i think layne will fix there shooting troubles and i think they get at least a 4th place finish at the end of the season and a region berth but bowing out early in regions jellico is looking strong so is oliver springs and oneida ;coalfield doesnt have many games so its hard to tell about them but the district from top to bottom is still very close anyones to win and anyones to lose!

clarkrange couldnt miss and wartburg shot id guess about 12 for 60 in the game not hitting no more than 1-3 and attempting at least 15 wartburg couldnt hit anything and they had no rebounding clarkrange controlled that with ease one shot and done layne played younger kids most of the 2nd half after it was a 30 pt game

whos favored ? whats the opinions of everyone post it here for game updates week by week last night the scott co highlanders defeated the wartburg bulldogs 73-67 in a very entertaining game dogs played good considering scott co beat them by 30 in summer camp definately think the dogs have improved some also i think joe layne is by far the best coach in 4a with sunbrights coach second ! whats yalls thoughts

i also predict district 3 to dominate the regional tournaments this year with at least 3 of the 4 teams in the semis

anyone of 6 teams could take district 4 i think district 3 is a 4 team race 1. grace 2. meigs. 3 . tellico and 4th rockwood i still think grace wins by at least 3 games in district 3

district boys is wide open in 4a this year anyone of 6 teams could win it i think it will be a tight race

where is the coalfield and oneida game this year it will be for the district title no doubt but i hear OS might be pretty good too they hired a former ut player as a coach this year on defense ill take my dawgs to finish 4th in the district with a 5-5 record at best

wartburg started out bad played much better second half had humboldt sweatin a lil bit but in the end humboldt outplayed us enough to get the win 64-58 hats off to humboldt and good luck in the championship but im proud of my dawgs they made it a hellova game down by 19 at one point and cut that lead to 5 fountain throwed in 35 so yea he deserves mr basketball i think

good luck to humboldt and i think the winner of this game tomorrow wins the gold ball

who yall got i think this is gonna be the toughest game we have played all year can we win yes but we also could lose ,depends on which dog team shows up if its the team sunbright beat in the district 4a title game shows up we are toast ,if its the other 28 wins and 3 losses watch out humboldt ,dont take this team lightly even if u get up on em they dont get nervous they just keep working and grinding ;if they get up big on u then u better get nervous lol imma say as fan wartburg wins but also in reality due to past exp humboldt wins in a good game.

fountain gets to the line alot and gets alot of points that way he makes u foul him or he will control a game in different ways if u dont he likes to be fouled so u foul out lol looked like the buffaloes went cold the last quarter and half and kinda gave up trying or was it just my perspective

2007 humboldt defeated wartburg in 1st round of state by 9 points smacked is a big word to use dont count out the dogs but i also know humboldt is tough and well experieinced in state but are these kids they got now?
