  1. Congrats to Riverdale! Well coached and well executed game plan. Good luck in the next round!
  2. Well said! What a fitting tribute to parents and to all "The Boys of Fall"!
  3. Not sure......but I think it all depends on how other 5-AAA games turn out Friday night. Trying to second guess TSSAA quad system is like a Chinese fire drill!
  4. Typical banter during Bradley - McMinn week. Only thiing that might top it is Bradley - Cleveland week. Trash talk aside, HUGE game with MAJOR playoff implications for both teams this week! Talk is just that - talk. It's what fuels the rivalry, and if it helps sell tickets, that's great too! Hoping both sides show up ready to strap up and play Friday night in Athens. Got a feeling this one is going to be good. With this rivalry, both sideds will need to control mouths and tempers. Neither team can afford to lose players heading into playoffs. Bradley's defense will see plenty of Sanders and Wells. McMinn's defense needs to contain Copeland (one man points show). As always, limit turnovers, don't lose your cool, and take advantage of opportunities when they come! McMinn - 35 Bradley - 17
  5. Assuming that Quad 1 finishes out as shown, would TSSAA really put five district winners together in one quad? Guess we'll find out later, huh?
  6. If the game Friday night goes like previous weeks (with exception of Cleveland game), Cagle will pull most starters after halftime and rest for Bradley next week. If Cleveland wins over Bradley, McMinn wins District 5-AAA title. McMinn - 42 Soddy - 10
  7. If Walker Valley can beat Soddy Daisy, Cleveland should too! Just sayin...
  8. Didn't miss this one by much. 26-21 McMinn over Cleveland.
  9. Soddy spoils the Mustangs' homecoming by winning game. Mustangs, as always, rock the halftime!
  10. Neither Bradley nor Cleveland sould look past the work they both need to put in to get a W tonight. Just sayin...

  12. Gee, for a minute there I thought this was Bradley vs. Cleveland week. Glad to see things shift back to the task at hand.
  13. McMinn - 28 Cleveland - 24 Should be very interesting to see how this one plays out. Both are good teams. Team with fewest penalties/turnovers wins.
