Truth is we had a ton of administrative and coaching changes! And we have a new system to learn and injury after injury??? And your "TRUE 1A" schools just have years when you are down, and a couple of injuries makes for a long year! LC will lose Friday but barring any injury they will win the last 3 and make the playoffs...Just write it down ole yates said it

Can't believe I am actually typing this but after Humboldt this week, Lake Co will win their final 3(South Fulton, Greenfield, and Gibson Co(2A), and that would put them in....if I have it figured right? 5-5 with 2 wins over 2A school

Alum, the good news is you won't need either Friday! I said earlier that LC surprised me last week, but just not that good this year! all small schools have it happen every few years! Hope you guys get well before the playoffs and most definitely before next week! See ya next week, i'm staying home this week

Well my Falcons pulled an upset, in my mind, at Halls Friday! Maybe the kids are buying into the system and finish at .500! Humboldt will win no doubt, just curious how LC responds to a potentially lopsided game! My hope is to keep it close, and that's a moral W! Ive been on the Vikings all year and I still am picking them or UC to represent the west! Just a respect thing between LC and Boldt! None for UC, sorry

WC kicked to LC to start, LC went 3&out, and a blocked punt and it was 8-0 with 11min to play in the 1st! After trailing 22-0 at the end of 1, LC changed QBs and amazingly we scored on tubbs 2nd touch at QB! Pretty dominating performance by WC! WC turned it over on downs twice inside the 10? LC turned the ball over about 6 times! LC cut it to 14 with about 9mins in the 4th but went stale! Very impressed with the Price kid(my goodness) and a very nice young man and nice parents! Ya didn't miss much, skeeters tore me up and i'm from LC

Yea, now back to TN football! Knew it would be ugly, most any jr high program would mercy rule the poor Pilots

Outscored like 225-75 last 4 games! And Halls and the ever dreaded Humboldt next 2

wc 56 lc 36 I think! Had a couple chances but when you spot a team 22 it's insurmountable

im leaving Dresden in the talk tho! When the playoffs get here anything can happen! All depends on T$$AA and seeding! with any of the 3 teams the west is rather stout this year

Quiet on this thread beyond Buthcie and my stupidity! Still think LC pulls it together this week and gets a W! Think Flowers and Wilkes both have a good night with a pretty decent surrounding cast! Caldwell is done for the year so our O will be totally new and that may be a good thing(and i'm not referring to the awful ankle break, get well soon paul) We just need a lil cousin mo to get things started

For sure! But I still like Mckenzie to win this one in one of those old shootouts! The ones where we were on opposite sidelines watching the scoreboard smoke! Just terrible sad my way! I mean we are not even competitive and lost our big TB/LB Caldwell! Just trying to keep my head up
