  1. Some Highlights of Malik Foreman http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1484830/highlights/26518373
  2. Vandy is recruiting him to play WR. http://tricitiessports.com/dobynsbennetts-malik-foreman-commits-to-vanderbilt-p61609-1.htm
  3. Foreman in the shotgun with Swafford running sweeps and routes from the flanker like a De'Anthony Thomas. Could use the exact same playbook DB uses now. Just put foreman in shotgun and fullback beside him and swafford at the flanker in motion.
  4. Maryville knows all about DBs pass coverage this is a good year but to make it to the big game you've got to have the total package...God forbid DB does make it far and runs into a team like Siegle from Murfreesboro if you think SH picked us apart I would hate to see what a team with that kind of passing game would do.
  5. Some of the points spreads some people were giving DB was insane!! When I posted my score I said 4 points is a big spread for this game for these reasons; a lot of talent on the field, a lot of energy in J. Fred tonight, a lot of fans, a historic rivalry, the current biggest rival in NET, the biggest game of the year in NET and both teams having something to prove. With factors like that and neither team being a slouch I knew some people were in for a surprise. **(anyone have the attendance report?)**
  6. I told you guys 4 points was a big spread for this game. Have to consider what a big game this was for the SHHS players and fans...can't really get a clear view of DB's talent when the stakes where that high and they got SHHS best shot.
  7. Everyone going to the game should get a couple pictures of the environment and crowd maybe a video and a little sound of the crowd tonight...It's going to be a special atmosphere at J. Fred tonight.
  8. As far as his stat's go he is one of the best to ever play in this area.
  9. Neither teams defense will completely shut down the others but DB's offense will be more potent they can score on special teams and also on defense. With SH being weak defending the run and DB being suspect against the past historically it would seem the two sides would even out...but like I said I think DBs offense is much more potent than SHs even though both are explosive. Also I think DBs pass defense (with swafford and foreman) will make more plays the more they throw the ball even if they give up some big plays...so to me that will be the difference that and big special teams plays from foreman and swafford.
  10. 56-52 DB I think that 4 points is a big spread for a game of this caliber I see others of 30+. With the talent on both sides of the ball, the atmosphere at J. Fred and the importance of this game for the Science Hill players and fans I don't see how you could pick those scores even though DB has more talent.
  11. I want to see which QB puts up bigger numbers in this game...If Hayes has an insane game I believe they could have a chance; UNLESS Foreman has an insane performance. I don't think Hayes best game is as good as Foremans best game. If DB gets some turnovers and and some scoring from special teams and defense; it's going to be a hard game for SH to win no matter how they perform on offense. It will be a big test to see how the tribe D-line performs against this SH line and athletic QB. I think SH will have to get the best out of their line, QB and defense or they have no chance at all. They need to score points, avoid sacks avoid turnovers and avoid giving up a touchdown every 2.5 times Foreman touches the ball, otherwise I don't think they have much of a chance.
  12. I want to see how Swafford and Foreman preform on the DEFENSIVE side of the ball against a good passing attack...I think they can make some plays and take a couple balls from the Toppers receivers.
  13. Speaking statistically and not saying Foreman could keep his average up if he had to carry the ball more but statistically speaking with his average now he would rush for 8000 yards and 100 touchdowns on 300 carry's. I would also go with Hurd based on his bulkier statistics but i won't say that scoring every 2.5 times you touch the ball isn't impressive no matter the competition and doing that in every aspect of the game passing running and receiving.
