I don't know where all the talk comes from that Milan is headed down. I ref and umpire and coach the younger leagues in Milan sports and there are lots of athletes coming up in every sport.

south side played a lot better than I thought they could. I liked their coaches approach to go for it every fourth down

Alcoa is historically the best at it but cpa is showing they are quick learners. Ensworth is apparently even complaining about it

uhhh I know Malone is good but he isn't even in the same stratosphere as winn. This is not a dig against him either because he is probably best athlete in west tn but he isn't D1 like winn will be. And I could say something about all those yards and td's he had against Milan last year but I won't. Oh wait there weren't any. ha

qb Winn for Dresden is very very good, no way we will face a better qb than him all year. lines have to get better

coach morris made a comment in paper that there isn't a lot of energy with this team. I think that's why they did the extra scrimmage to get more reps and gel. Having said all that I fully expect this team to show up at the jamboree and definitely at Trenton.

Milan's defense will be their strength this year. The offense will come around by the end of the year.
