I watched Upperman play five times this year. I did not pull for them to win since they were playing York and Livingston. I can tell you that I have a lot of respect for the coach and the players. They will be playing Stone, another team that I have seen play several times this year. I will be pulling for Upperman. If they loose, it will not be the fault of the coach. Most people that I have talked to respect the coach. #14 is a supper player.

I saw that game. Let me tell you, Stone played a good game in the second half. They are tough team to beat on their court. I have not seen McMinn Central play ball, but I would be willing to bet that they will be in the fight of their life with York. On any given night, York, Livingston, and Upperman will play with any team. All teams get hot and go cold. It is the way the ball bounces. You better hope the ball doesn't bounce Yorks way, because all five starters can shoot. My money is on York.

Just Curious. I would like to have some imput on girl's high jumping.

This is a very nice post. From reading your post in the past, I feel sure that you are Mrs. Hembree. You have got to be a very special person, and I applaud you for your kindness and love of children. We need more people like you.

York dominated the game. Brown got 44 points. She was unstopable. Eckret got 11, Bradfield 11. The gym got hot.

I have watched alot of basketball in my days, but never have I seen refs try to control the out come of a game like they did last night. The last call of the game where the York girl got the ball and was knocked down by the defender on purpose to get a foul and they called walking on the York girl and gave the ball back to Upperman with .8 on the clock. This should be investigated.

Livingston looked good agains DCA. The Matthews girl has peaked at the right time. Sleeper is playing great ball and compliments the team and relieves some of the presure off of Hembree. I would have to flip a coin to choose the winner of this one. Uppermans entire starting team is running on all cylinders. They are good. York's Brown is the best I have seen. If Bradfied starts shooting and Eckret hits the outside shot, York can win this one. It will be a close one.

It will be a barn burner. Who ever loses will most likely have to play Upperman in the second round of the region.

I will wait until 7AWatcher makes his prediction. He knows his basketball or he is a psychic. Anyway I would like to know what days the games are played next week so I can make arrangements. Anyone know?

No way, York will have a balanced scoring attack during the tournament. Watch and see. York will win this one in a close game. Livingston has a good team but will come in third this year.

This is a strange scandal. I think if it is investigated long enough, we might find that someones daughter did not get selected.

Wildcats want this one, I believe they will win a close one.
