I don't think anyone is hating on Tony Wilson. I hope he does win. Now, he would have a lot of ground to make up though. And I agree that SD is the 3rd best team in the state and Tony has an excellent work ethic, I have seen him at practice. However, to discredit Fuller is not a classy move from our community. We've been there before, Fuller will most likely get his 4X and Tony Wilson wins 2 going forward. Good luck to all and go Trojans

Well, it was a pretty lopsided victoy for RB and it was early on. I realize that there have been roster changes and such, but shouldn't they have been seeded from their regular season outcome? Yes, Hixson beat RB and it was close, but why weren't they in a 4 team regional dual to have a shot to go? Maybe I'm missing something, seeing that you can only get info from Lack, excuse me, I mean Track Wrestling.

What happened to Red Bank in the "Small School Division"? According to Track Wrestling they beat Notre Dame during the regular season. Why did they not wrestle in the Region Duals and have a chance at going to State? Bracket Shows Hixson and ND going from that Region

True dat! But SD lost in all 3 spots (132, 220, HWT) giving up 18 in those 3 spots, so don't count make the reservations just yet. I know they are down after the Bradley match, but look for these guys to come out fighting. Go Trojans!

How about the fact that in all other sports there are multiple State Champions. Would South Pittsburgh have won the State Championsips they have won if they were having to go through Riverdale to get it?

Good lord, the D2 brackets had 8 wrestlers in it. Talk about, win one match and place. I mean, this isn't even the hardest tournament of the year for those guys. I would be looking forward to this tournament, thinking about winning one big match and that's it. That is where my complaint lies

Wow! Seems there are a lot more middle TN teams in whatever area you pull for than the 3 out of 8 in the Chatt/Bradley area you are talking about. You want to take credit for all of Middle TN, which could be a span of 200 miles and give us credit for 5 schools in a 30 mile span. And to play the what if game..... What if a couple kids in our region took care of business at weigh ins last week the mighty Trojans may have edged one of those schools for a spot in the top 4.
