Any early rumors of former science hill head coach Darrell barnwell possibly returning to the floor next year?

Seen him play a couple times. Seems to very high on potential. Will be interesting to see what happens with him seeing as he is at a lesser known high school in the state

Surprised science hill guard tianna tarter is in best of the rest instead of top 12 or at least second 12. She is a standout player who elevates her game late and in big games. Deserves more attention then given

Seem to be forgetting about science hill who has two of the top players in the state in tianna tarter and gabby Lyon as well as one of the top juniors Keisha Gregory. Will be tough to decide who will play for the gold ball. And never know maybe Oakland will end it for Blackman, seem to have had their number late in the season past few years

Both programs have a great tradition. Barnwell built a good program the past years at SH and dugger has a program on the rise with young players. Interesting matchup will be the marosite twins vs tianna tarter and Keisha Gregory. SH has the advantage cause of their win earlier in the year, however elizabethton will be ready to play and home court will help them make this a great game.

Hearing that mikey is staying at sh is a good thing for sh because of the talent he brings. However would have loved for white to go to Crockett and see how he could put a team on his back and help out. Loads of talent for Crockett with T.K. Hill and an improving team with a great head coach. Can't wait to see what they do. Possible sh upset?

Not to recall the seniors sh lost this year. Sh will be good, probably beat in conference but db will put up a fight against them as always. As for coach Clarke I'm sure he won't leave but I can see him going another year or two to see how things go after a rough year they went through

Big test for elizabethton will be their upcoming matchup vs science hill. Unless the refs dictate the game should be a very intriguing matchup with science hill playing very well

The deal with Patrick good isn't because he didn't like sh coach or anything. From all I heard he loved sh but who wouldn't want to go play for their dad and try and win championships with him rather that be conference, region or state. He's one heck of a ball player and probably is the best in East Tennessee. I know they have two really good sophomore players with him. One of which scored 20+ in a game earlier this year.

Calling a coach classes and saying he should be fined or issue a public apology is making a fool out of yourself. Coach barnwell may have very well ran the score up but he may have not ran the score up as well, only coach barnwell, his players, and his coaching staff know this. If the lady toppers wanted to they could have scored 150 points easily but they didn't. Coach barnwell is a great person from what I hear around the tri cities and from other coaches around this area. People can make as many assumptions as they want but the fact of the matter is that it is the past and Crockett needs to learn from this and get better from it, instead of complaining and whining about it

I'm no where near biased toward SH. Yes I have seen many of their games through the years but I have no connection with the school or basketball program. SH has a wealth of talent that can go 8-9 deep and still compete with top teams. Unless you are coach barnwell or have spoken to coach barnwell you will not know if they ran the score up or not. But it was clear that coach barnwell was only trying to keep his girls ready for a tournament run

SH played a good game. I for one was at the game and it was clear SH was not trying to run the score up. They pressed the first half and played there starters for only 3 or so min in the 3rd and no min in the 4th. SH Is getting there players ready for a state championship run and I for one respect what coach barnwell did. Crockett didn't play good at all and SH put all their effort into the game. Anyone who says coach barnwell needs to appologize is actually disrespecting coach barnwell.
