This game should be a good one but it being at Kingsport I'm afraid the Indians will scalp the Hawks in the end.

I watched much as I could when Diamond Clear wasn't breaking signal. We got a better signal from the moon back in 1969 then we do on a local private broadcast. That clears up my first gripe. My second is what has happened at GCA. I wasn't expecting what I did see last night.

Did Casteel make sure all their pets shots were updated by PPAWS. Never know what kind of loophole the TSSAA will be looking for.

I'll tell you what's pitiful, people going on a chat board questioning why a kid decided to go play for a more competitive school rather than play for someone that would take a vacation right in the middle of the season. Much as I pull for these kids to win it's like watching someone entering a hospital for a small cut and ending up on life support before it's all over. I hate it for the kids and the fans that deserve so much more.

This is the week Shad gets out every year and looks for another job.

Most of the crowd left The Dollar General after 4 when they never heard Mama Shad's famous blowhorn echo off the big mountain at the landfill. I myself went on inside to grab something cold to drink. I don't want to say anything bad about someone's teeth but when the girl at the register smiled at me the barcode scanner picked it up as a set of saucepans and I thought I would never get out of there.

I'm not butthurt in the least. I really thought that was a great idea because I can still remember Hall High and have a lot of good friends that played there. I still can remember Hall playing and beating Lanier 18-14, Walland 13-0, Townsend 32-0 but losing to Porter 12-20 in 1966. I also can remember them beating Townsend 57-7, But losing to Lanier 6-30, Walland 18-33 and Porter 7-26 in 1967. The Eagleton celebration would could wait for two more years since it was about 90 I believe when they stopped the program. The reason I remember that so well is that I lived right behind the football field on Birdwell Drive and watched many a year go by with no games.

There all gathered in the parking lot down here at the Dollar General on William Blount Highway right now listening for Mama Shad to blow the air horn or not. If not that should let everyone know the direction the program is headed.

I think Alcoa should also wear blue jerseys again this year only with the word Royals Honouring the idiot that was responsible for shutting Eagleton Middle School Football Program down for a few years sending all it's best players over and never stopped. I say if we're going to celebrate let's get everyone who is responsible for such a fine football program.

I also knew William Blount didn't broadcast at Maryville over rain concerns because there wasn't any room in the press box and also watched the Alcoa -Maryville game filmed from the visitor stands with fans always blocking the camera. Last year I noticed the Oakland game filmed from the visitor side as well along with Blackman a few years ago. Our AD needs to run all the free pizza and donut eaters out of our pressbox and make room for the TV people.

The reason I ask was the Bearden and D-B game wasn't on Diamond Clear friday Night and I figured D-B wouldn't allow the broadcast.

There are about a dozen different schools live streaming their games in the Knoxville area through Diamond Clear Media and some schools even do their own broadcasting. I also know a few schools don't want to be on Rivalry Thursday because it cuts into the gate. For me myself I've really started enjoying setting in front of the computer with half a dozen windows open checking the other games out in between plays on the game I'm focused on eliminating a few as games become one sided. My question if anyone knows, can the home team not allow the visiting team to broadcast the game on live stream because of the fear of losing gate money. I know most of these Diamond Clear broadcast are really cheesy and remind me of two guys trying to film a game with the new Nikon Camera they just bought on sale at Wal-Mart for 99 dollars but they do work.

Glad the score wasn't any worse than it was. I thought we were seeing one of the signs the end of time was coming when Heritage actually scored first then a few minutes later the truth all came out and unfolded like the other six games.

I will be upset also Gov. I put my reputation on the line when I said a 3-7 year and 5-5 if they want it bad enough. Thanks for clearing the off week up so now we can all bet on this since we have some time.
