  1. I do apologize for using the special needs term. I honestly did not know it applied to you.
  2. I am hoping Huntingdon maintains their focus. If they do, they should take care of business.
  3. When your past consists of 2 years, you want to live there as long as you can hoping to not fall back into obscurity.
  4. To me that was just a kid being a kid, he didn't damage anything and he didn't hurt anyone. However, he should apologize to his former teammates, because he contributed to the butt whooping they took last night. You and Felicia are like cats following a laser pointer. We just lead you around anywhere we want you to go. Once we get bored of playing we just turned the light off and ya'll are looking at each other wondering where did it go.
  5. Well this is about like watching a Democratic debate. Can only listen to so much stupid before turning it off. Ya'll have a good time with your mutual admiration society. Hopefully, Cornersville can stay relevant so this banter can continue.
  6. Hmmm, remember Deion playing baseball and football, don't recall swimming. Try again. Bye Felicia
  7. No offense, but i won't let it slide if someone implies or calls me a racist.
  8. Only time I will back track is if I am backing up the bus to run over you again. LOL
  9. LOL, just passing time with the special need kids.
  10. Guess that means you only think a certain race shines shoes? Kinda the definition of racist. Duh
  11. Oh and here is one of his minions now. Do you shine his shoes as well?
  12. I see now why you think so highly of yourself, you are delusional. You are a legend in your own mind and your small class of minions that follow you around and cheer you on. Try and stay relevant. Bye Felicia
  13. Oh I am so sorry i hurt your sensitive feelings. If you can't take it, don't dish it. Bye Felicia
  14. Two years of relevance a tradition does not make. Cornersville is just a bleep in Huntingdon's tradition. Cornersville can bask in the glory of beating Huntingdon 2 years in a row. Hopefully, Cornersville can keep it up. There needs to be more good teams in the state. Obviously Cornersville is not one of them this year. Bye Felica
  15. Were Mustang fans disappointed the last 2 years? Yep However, Cornersville was not the first nor will they be the last to end the Mustang's season before the fans or players are ready for it. The reason for that is that Huntingdon's tradition runs deep. Cornersville tradition is a little trickle. Keep it up for at least a decade and then we will have a different conversation. Stay relevant and don't fall into obscurity then you will have a leg to stand on. Bye Felicia
  16. I would say there has been more focus, similar to 2003 year. (Not that I making that comparison of teams) The 2003 team had a great group of seniors. They were eliminated in round 1 of the playoffs after going 9-1 in the regular season in 2002. Focus was a little different the following year. I would say focus has been a little better this year. Senior leadership is a good thing.
  17. That is about as intelligent as saying one team wanted it more.
  18. The part that puzzles me is he was the offensive coordinator in 2003.
  19. Huntingdon fans are well aware of how important each week is now. Not the first time down this road. Speaking for myself, I have never called for Swenson to be fired but to say the last few years have been disappointing would be an understatement. I would love for Huntingdon to be playing for a championship every year but that is unrealistic. My biggest aggravation is watching an offense be shut down against good defenses with no apparent back up plan. There is something to be said for the statement, "Do what got you here". However, when you could play the jv and win almost every game I don't believe that applies. In 2003 after the regular season loss to Milan, Huntingdon changed the offense because the coaches knew it was not good enough to beat them in the playoffs. Against Cornersville last year, Huntingdon at least attempted some passes but not really anything shorter than 10 yards. Huntingdon needs to make defenses think and not just follow the qb to the ball.
  20. Dont start with the excuses. All I heard from Cornersville about Huntingdon.
  21. I am in total agreement that the competition level across the state is terrible. However, up until the Cornersville game you could not make the same statement about Huntingdons offense. I have no clue what Swenson was thinking other than trying to convince himself that a couple of plays would actually work. As far as Cornersville, I gave posters a lot of crap the week we played, but I can say without reservation they have one of the most disciplined defenses you will see. I am not saying they are better athletes than Whitwell, but I can assure you they will play more disciplined and as a unit than Whitwell will.
  22. You do realize that he was the head coach only once out of the 4 trips and the first 3 times was entirely different offense. Either it was not his choice to run the other offense or he hit his head and forgot how to run it. I am not saying it would have made a difference against Cornersville but I sure would have loved to see them have to defend something else. Kinda like the move Tin Cup. He is bound and determined to make that offense work like Roy was convinced he could hit the ball over the water. Yeah he finally got it over but he lost the championship.
