Woho we had 273 yards passing and 3 passing TD Friday night. We threw it 15 times and rushed 19. How exactly is that being run heavy?

I've been wanting to see this match up for a couple years now. We've had a good team the last 3 season and played Some of the better teams in west tn over that time. I've also felt like if you want to be the best you have to play the best. Aville has been one of the best. Can't wait to see how we stack up.

Cardfan Aville is the highest seeded team left on this side of the bracket so they get the home game in the semi's. If they win and they should Friday.

Like I said before this game should scare all of us TIDE fans. It has the potential to be a trap game for us. Just look at the facts we dominated the Rebels earlier in the year, we just beat the #1 2A team which happens to be the same team that put us out last year, the Rebels narrowly beat Carver who shouldn't have even been able to be competitive with them. All this could potentially set our boys up for a let down. Hopefully Coach Woods will not let them take this game for granted and will keep them hungry. We've been so close the last 2 years this feels like it could be our year.

Not to sound like I'm trash talking but McKenzie hasn't shown me much other than the Huntingdon game. They had to come back against a team that wasn't supposed to be in the playoffs. I just don't think they have the talent to beat us. I think we win big unless we come in overconfident. The one thing I will give them is they have shown to have heart and you can sometimes catch lightning in a bottle and play over your head and surprise a better team when you have heart. Hoping for a good game with no injuries on either side and good officiating. ROLL TIDE!!!

Redrage it should be a close game. TCA has the edge over us. We just aren't consistent enough offensively. If we play like we're capable we have a chance. Defensively we are similar to TCA. We can make the stops we need. Win or lose it should be fun. Hoping for no injuries on either side. ROLL TIDE!!!

Your poll looked pretty good. Not sure what to expect from The Tide next season. We lost some key players. We have to find a replacement at QB. We may be forced to run the ball more depending on who we have at QB.

I could understand if he had seen these teams play. But it's obvious he hasn't by the comment about us just being a district runner up. Anyone in W. Tn knows that TCA, Peabody, Mitchell, Huntington and Aville are the best 2A teams in the west. All 5 are so evenly matched it's not funny. Any of them could win on any given Friday.

DHS have even seen any of these teams play? TCA has a very tough road through the playoffs. Anyone who doubts that is an idiot who knows nothing about football. Peabody was a district runner up having only lost 2 games all season. Mitchell is a district champ that is loaded with talent whose only losses are two powerhouse teams in higher classifications And as for the 1st round Bye they don't just give those out. You earn them. So move along or you could stick around and learn something.

DHS the last pick thrown was with 38 seconds left and we had to go 80 yards. So running was out of the question. The first pick was a great play by the safety who read the play and jump the route. The second pick our QB was hit as he released it so it floated. We did run earlier in the game but was having more success throwing it.

Yeah but we got a couple more just like him. We always do. Your son is a pretty good athlete. He's a heck of a kicker!

We are very proud of our Tidemen and our coach is top notch. We're gonna be dangerous for the foreseeable future. My nephew's sophomore class is loaded with talent and my other nephew's 8th grade class is too. The future looks bright!!!
