Is anyone on current staff been a HC in the past? If so could they be promoted?

Who will be the next head coach here? Or does anyone care since it's a basketball town?

I agree with this statement but don't see it happening.

Three wins because of schedule. Grace, Chattanooga Christian, and Cumberland County all should be wins.

I don't see any of his assistants from Moore County coming with him.

I heard interviews could start this week.

He might regret leaving Lynchburg after a month or so on the job.

I understand he probably wants to be a head coach but would be hard to leave Fulton, of course that just my opinion. Not going to win any Golds balls and rings in Strawberry Plains.

Boyd doesn't even have enough boys to fill a team do they? As for college recruiters I don't see them beating down the door at WCHS. The kids get notice when you attend camps and combines which brings the coaches out to watch them.

Rumor is Coach Smith is out and heading to Warren County? If it's true who will step in?

Any word on who the candidates might be for the job? I heard that Rocky was not interested in the HC job. I thought he would be a great candidate for this job.

I think the kid is solid TE in high school but once he gets into a good weight lifting program in college he goes from 260 to 310 and playing OT.

It's funny you write this, a committee member let it slip to a co worker of mind that Jerry Joslin applied for the job. I would assume he also interviewed also but cannot confirm that. With that said not sure why Joslin would want to come to WC.

These offenses could work in WC...Especially the Wing-T.
