Im sure this has already been mentioned but there are too many pages to read through. Is it truethat union city only has 3 seniors? If thats true id say they're a year ahead of schedule and the favorites for next year huh?

79 is the biggest loss of all. This was their year but came up short. The current 8th graders are also a special group. Their qb is a special kid; don't come around often.

55, 7 and 6. Then you also get Bible back next year. Bible should be player of the year in the district next year if they get the line figured out after losing 3 starters.

I thought so too. I told crow during the season that they should be the favorite next year. CFs biggest loss is all of those lineman and the wr. Napier and wilkens aren't kids that you can just replace from year to year. They're special athletes

I agree. There is a kid from Coalfield who has been kicked out of multiple games in his time with the team. He is a senior this year and since he can't be suspended (which is probably why he didn't care to get ejected Friday) I would not give him a trophy or even invite him to the banquet if I was coach Henry. Everyone needs to be held accountable regardless of who they play

To be honest, im not even tore up over the loss. I knew you guys were going to win. Ive said all year long that the gold goes thru SP every year and I picked you guys to win the game. That's just the way it is. The thing that bothered me was how nice and respectful you all were the week leading up to the game and how you guys act after you win. You ever heard the saying "act like you've been here before"? Heck, even a neutral fan at the game sais he got the sense that SP was rubbing CFs nose in it after they got control of the game.

You guys (talking about the fan base of SP) are the most classless, and disrespectful people I've ever encountered in my life. Yes, we have said our piece too but you guys take it to another extreme. Im just hoping that some of you are still fresh out of high school and not grown men. There is a difference in taking up for your team and embarrassing yourself and the program and you guys have crossed that line. And about the basketball thing; you guys have been using that since the 90s. Its old and the fact that they have basketball practice today means the world didn't end Friday night. Life goes on fellas and there sure is more to it than football. Hope you guys can realize that one day.

I personally never complained about the starters (I know you aren't blaming me for that) but you make a very good point. It's not like you guys have a freshman sitting on the bench waiting to be called in at QB. At this level coaches will move a starter from another position instead of bringing in a younger, unexperienced player esp to play qb. The backup qb is usually the best skill player on the team who isn't the starting qb at this level of football

I know this will make you guys happy but im out of here. The SP posters have bashed us since last night on multiple threads with no consequences. The CF and anti SP people speak out and we get warnings and locked threads. I get it, I don't like people bashing my team either but I don't have the power to lock threads but you guys have that luxury. To the SP people who have been respectful the entire time, im sorry and thank you.
