How is Fayette ware the 4th or 5th best team in 15AA, you must be talking about the girls teams. when they play all those teams in that district and beat them? Southside don't care about playing competition look at they schedule every year. It's always 15 cupcake games. If Southside stays in 14AA They will go to substrate every year. If Fayette Ware goes to 15AA they will always be in the top 3. Do y'all forget that Fayette Ware was in the district with Haywood, Ripley, Covington and Northside before the last classification change.

South Gibson could be moved out of they District, say you have Southside Northside South Gibson, not far from Jackson. Why would Southside go to 15-AA, they are 20-30 mins from all the schools in the current district except Fayette Ware. Bolivar would go to 15-AA before Southside. And Fayette Ware to the Memphis District is a serious thought if those Memphis schools decide to play up.

In football, you make it to state, that's your championship game. In other sports you are in a tournament for 3-4 days, so do the math football you have 3 days of games with all 9 classes. In basketball and other sports you have 3 weeks with all classes

Hmmmm? Overrated? Name another District in West Tennessee AA that has more state titles, name another district that has sent multiple teams to state on different occasions. You might not agree with the district but it's far from a push over top to bottom.

Hey Memphis East only has 494 in it's enrollment, but compete with other team bigger than they size. So that can't be your argument. But 4 classes would be nice

Haywood is a hotbed for talent, they always put a good team on the floor. Not saying he is not a good coach, but can he coach if he didn't have the talent is my question. Anyone can coach talent. Can he rebuild a program is what I'm saying. That would put him in another category.

Why should they put more into facilities if he don't put the time in with his players. Do you ever see Dancy in the summer time? He had that team since middle school that won the state. So you don't really have to do much, but if you put in that extra work just imagine how good they would be. Not knocking him or hating on him, just don't think he is 1 of the best coaches. also, the team he put on the floor last year was no push over. 3 of his starters was playing major minutes so not really a down year

Saw 4 of the 6 teams play this summer and my prediction for district will be. 1. Fayette Ware 2. Southside 3. Bolivar 4.Mcnairy 5. Lexington 6. Chester County I think the last 4 can all compete for 3rd, Southside and Fayette Ware are 1 and 2, with either team winning the district. Southside - they still pounding that ball inside to the big fella, the young guard #4 is getting taller and looks composed controlling the team. Fayette Ware - looks strong again, Jackson is playing more guard this year, than post. They other players contributing well. They point guard is big and strong about 6'2 can get to the paint at anytime. Lexington- looked similar to last year but with lesser talent. They don't have any size. McNairy- well they are McNairy

I watched East play 4 games in the MUS Classic, and I see a very talented team that plays together and plays very hard. They when games because they play hard. They defense is relentless and they never stop bringing pressure. Plus they was beating teams without one of they best players in Lomax.

Lake County was also there from that area.

Sorry but if you play for East, every night is not going to be your night. They play too many people to shine or get in a rythem. Miss is a rythem shooter so his game is mostly defending on this east team

Team Camps and Play Days are about to start we will see which teams are a Step above the rest and what teams have brought in transfers(Southside) this year
