Yep better more focused team won Fri night. We did have 3 bad calls, but that did not beat Mustangs. Have to match WC intensity & do small things right and make plays. 0-3 vs WC, so they have bragging rights for 12 more months unless Mustangs can refocus and get on a run in playoffs, would love to make it to round three for another shot this year. Rice nice job on both sides of ball.

If Huntingdon is motivated = Mustang victory. If they come out flat such as Milan game then have concerns. I'm guessing if Mustangs cant get motivated for this one after stewing for a year on last seasons loss, and do the same thing to WC, that Milan did to Huntingdon in payback mode, then I'll be surprised. Revenge and payback should be brewing in the pits of Mustang players stomachs = motivation + more team speed athletes = Mustang Victory. We gave credit to WC, who beat us, but outside that one game, every other game between last year and this year, has been 50 point blowouts, that does neither team playing any good, so I'm not following your sarcastic comment... it is overthetop.

called it early in season, UC secondary and skill players talent level down a bit from past three years. Dresden is favorite this year over uc.

one view point, another is you are only legally able to hit live practice like 60 min per week, so if players not playing full games on Fri, then when they need to play grinder they not in game shape.

This game will shed some light in Mustang land, as we have played a very good Milan vengeance seeking team and 2 jv teams, so 3 lop sided games. So still many questions remains, week 5 and starters have only played about 7 qtrs. Last two years not very competitive games between Stangs and Rebs, home team has handed out pretty good whipping.
