It's that time of year when 1 good team advances and 1 good teams puts the gear away for the winter. Both teams will be well prepared and play hard, turnovers will decide this one
I think this will be a great battle between 2 familiar foes. The competition in the scrimmage was good and both teams have improved drastically since. Games like this is what playoff football is all about!
I look for this to be a close and hard fought football game. I think the Eagles can take care of business if we can avoid turnovers and penalties. This will be a great atmosphere for some playoff football!!!
The WC coaching staff has no control over the team whatsoever. They either condone bad behavior or they have no respect from the players. It was embarrasing the night RC played them, sounds like Cumberland had a similar experience with them. There is no place in high school football for that junk.
Be careful CC, if you make a good play WC will start taking cheap shots. At least you are at home and don't have to play in that arm pit that WC calls a stadium and deal with their mouthy parents talking trash to your players!!!
Stone offense unstoppable??? That RC offense has given defenses fits all year. Coach Pemberton is good but he is no Taw Jackson by any stretch of the imagination.
All I'm saying is if we are comparing apples to apples, you are comparing Coach Pemberton's resume to Coach Green's. It's not personal, just not the right guy at the right time.
I'm not sure which was more despicable, the behavior of the WC players or the behavior of the fans. It was a disgusting display of sportsmanship, on and off the field.
