Yesterday was Franklin Counties 2nd scrimmage, they scrimmaged Cookeville last week. Yesterday was our first and I did not think we looked that bad. Got a few things to clean up but main thing nobody got hurt.

Besides SP, Marion, Grundy, Sequatchie, Bledsoe and Whitwell what other teams will be in the jamboree? Will Lookout Valley be in? If so, that leaves one team left any ideas?

The young man that is gonna play QB for us had a great spring, along with several others. No one from Marion County is wearing rose colored glasses, we all know 2 QB'S graduated. It amazes me that you, Roy and pirate Mike probably lay awake a night worrying about what MC is doing. I bet you don't even have a clue as to what is going on in your on back yard(sp). Seems to me you fellers have injuries and kids not showing up for practice. I feel confident coach Mathis like coach Grider we have their team ready when the time comes

Looks like SP will be throwing the ball a lot more this year from what I've seen. Four wide outs from the spread and throwing the longball and the hitch.

I was watching Marion County Max this morning in the weight room and on average everyone went up 20 to 30 pounds on the squat with one kid squatting 525 lbs.

I had a nice conversation with that peg leg fellow last night and he said I could ride in his plane with Roy anytime I wanted to. Heck we could even pick up PP68

They should make the announcement next week. I asked who the new coach was, they just said it will be next week. If I find out before that I will post it.
